What's New in Kardiacs
26.10.4

• Share studio: Share now leads the session's dock. Make a card of the ride as a sticker, a Square or a Story, with the photos from its notes and chat, for Instagram or TikTok. Put live stats over your own video, or share your group's ride or your week • Flyover your ride: a video that flies over satellite terrain along the roads you rode, with your photos popping up where you took them • Routes: My Routes is now Routes, with a library of the world's best-known climbs, races, gravel roads and trails. Each says what it is and its best season, checks today's conditions from the weather, and exports as GPX. Long-press a route to ride it outdoors or indoors • Ride a route indoors: tap Ride Indoors on a route, or pick Route in the indoor Workout menu. Your smart trainer sets each climb's gradient and feels the road's surface, the wind and your weight, as the camera follows you over satellite imagery in 3D. On a treadmill, a run follows the route at the belt's pace • Goals: set one on the Calendar in five steps, from a Mile to an Ultra 50K on foot, a Century or 200 miles on a bike, or a walking goal. A plan sized to your history lands on your calendar, with rest days every week. Each morning your readiness moves the next five days, and Kardiacs asks before it changes today's session • Strength sessions: the plan's lifts with target weight, reps and sets, a rest timer on the lock screen, each set spoken, and your lift bests kept • Mid-ride, Route opens Directions: reorder your stops, add one, or swap the route. At the end of the route the session finishes a minute later, unless you tap Keep Going • Critical Power: your Profile learns your Critical Power and W′ from every ride, with the likely range, and suggests the one effort that would tell it most • Plan a ride: pick the time and place and share a link. Riders join by scanning your code at the start • New ground: the summary says how much of the ride was on roads you had never ridden. Trace Map draws every way you have ridden, with today's new ones in gold • The summary says when a session holds your best 5 seconds, minute, 5 or 20 minutes, of 90 days or of all time • The Calendar draws your Power Curve and Grade-Adjusted Pace Curve, its title picks the month or week, and Start asks Indoor or Outdoor • Kardiacs opens FIT, TCX and GPX files, and Import takes timed GPX activities too. Strava and Garmin archives bring the heart rate, distance and altitude missed before, and Apple Health workouts keep their map • On a treadmill, a structured run's intervals change the incline, never the belt speed • An Inbox on the start page keeps the messages Kardiacs sends you • Photos you take in notes and the group chat remember where; one you share leaves without it • Settings has Manage Data, and Profile saves as you leave it • The privacy policy and terms, effective 26 October 2026, cover the share studio and the route library; you will be asked to accept them once • Bug fixes and performance improvements
