Mess of an interface

The developer has missed the mark on what is probably a decent product. The quality of 12L is decent but the app and registration are complete mess.

No landscape?

It’s a bizarre choice. I have the new 12L and yet I need to remove my iPad from the keyboard to enter text and use the app? Silly oversight that really needs to be fixed.

DON’T BUY IT UNTIL THEY WILL HAVE IT RIGHT!

After spending $150.00 and downloading the app I am still stuck for more than two months!
Cannot read/see the EKG results neither on my iPhone or iPad.
What kind of app is this?

If you open a new app and can’t create a new account with ease..... but app has failed!!!

Calling the help number 10 minutes after opening the app for help!!!
