I haven’t found anything close to the quality of this jewelry for its price. I do absolutely recommend
Decent app, rewards implementation is wonky
Couldn’t get a lot of the rewards tasks to complete via app
Was promised free shipping then charged for it
I place about 4-5 items in my cart, realized only needed 4 pf the items. Then I saw the price for the shipping was almost $15. I had to really think about this purchase. Then within 5-6 hours, I received an email stating free shipping was added to my shopping cart.
I check out and no it wasn’t. Try to contact someone with the “customer service number” leave a message and wait past the 48-hours reply back.
Emailed my concerns and issue to “support “ for second time still awaiting a response. (And yes I clean out my spam folder daily.)
Just getting more and more disappointed with my shopping experience with Karma and Luck.
I love your jewelry, not looking to deal with issue much longer.

Karma luck app problematic
I found the Karma Luck App problematic. Trying to navigate the website, to shop & to order was not a seamless experience. After several attempts, eventually I was able to place order & apply the Labor Day discount. I wanted to use ApplePay but not sure that it’s an available option so I used another form of payment.
Selection online is more than what I saw in Aventura store. Reasonably priced too. 😍

Not a great app experience
App works too slow. Also it is not picking up the auto populated data.

This company only has an email customer service so you’ll have to complain on social media to get a quick response. Upon setting up the app I get a false shipment email. I clicked on the link and nothing opened. According to customer service it was a mistake. How do you send a fake shipment email with a tracking link?!? Then I see another shipment address entered in my app account in India!!!! I live in the US, I bring this to customer service attention and send a screenshot. Their response “well we don’t see it on our end so you’re ok” What?!? I deleted the app and will never order from here again.

Went to Vegas recently and stopped by one the stores. Absolutely fell in love with the atmosphere. Customer service was great. The singing bowl session is an awesome experience and encourage everyone to try it out if they get to go to a physical store. I’ve since purchased several more orders through the app as gifts for family. All the items are amazing and of great quality. One issue I have is that the bracelets with the elastic bands get stretched out and will slide over your hand and fall off if you throw or punch something. Other than that I love everything about the company and products.

App could be better
The app is ok but it could be better more up to date a lot less u gotta figure out where certain items are or certain areas like my points? Where r they on the app?
SAVE YOUR MONEY! POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS
I purchased several bracelet and in under a month one broke and on the other the elastic string is partially torn. Will only be a matter of time before the other bracelets break too. I’ve had better luck with Amazon bracelets and for much much less. Definitely will not be buying from them again.
The “free” shipping option is the worst!
I placed an order on 01/22/2023 my items were two arrive according to their website between 01/27/2023-02/02/2023. It’s now 02/07/2023 and I have not received my VERY expensive items. I contacted customer service and the phone number listed is to someone’s voicemail. The email response is fast but it’s a response of “just wait” there’s no accountability no follow up aside from it’s been shipped and it should get to you, each representative gives me different dates, when I track the item it appears it was in Nevada, California, Texas then went back to California but customer service isn’t seeing what I am seeing…why provide tracking on your website if you’re not going to follow the tracking time or the items?

I went to Vegas recently, went into the store just to look.. I fell in love. Spent money I didn’t have with ZERO regrets, and had the best experience ever! The worker was the absolute sweetest🥹 and the Singing Bowl sesh was amazing!! Oh, not to mention it was for my birthday! 🥳 So, overall just a lovely experience, and I’m glad it was something that I got to do as well as experience :)) 100% will be shopping again💗💗
