The games section is unnecessary
Prior to the most recent update I’ve actually recommended this all to anyone who has wanted to keep track of things they want to eventually buy. I’ve been a user for several years. But this most event update does not make it clear that this is a shopping app first. It loads on the games screen and is not user friendly to figure out what i personally use it for. I hope they will consider at least moving games to be further back in the tabs or else I’ll have to find a different app.

Password
If im logged in already, i should be to change my password under account setting instead of having to go to thru email and clicking a link, unnecessary step for a shopping app, even my bank doesn’t do this. When the app is open, it slows down my phone a lot so i close the app immediately after checking it.

BEWARE - Undisclosed One Year Deletion Policy
I’ve been using this app for several years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I recently discovered—only after losing an entire business wishlist—that items are automatically deleted after one year. This policy is not clearly disclosed, and items are removed regardless of whether the retailer still has the product in stock.
This list represented countless hours of research and planning, and its loss directly impacted my business. Automatically deleting users’ work without clear warning, transparency, or an opt-out option makes this app unreliable for long-term planning. I no longer trust it to safely maintain wishlists and would not recommend downloading it.

Garbage
Hate this app! Ever since they got rid of Shoptagr it’s been horrible. I just update my app and it logged me out once I logged back in all my saves for years now are GONE!! I’ve logged in and out numerous times and none of my items have ever recover. DO NOT GET THIS APP ITS PURE GARBAGE
Great, when it works
When this app works correctly and notifies me of reductions on my saved items, it’s so helpful and saves me money. When it notifies me of reductions that are non-existent or significantly less on the seller’s website, it’s annoying. Basically this app is unreliable. Have tried going through Karma app support to bring these errors to their attention but honestly they occur so often I now can’t be bothered.

Very useful but overheats my phone
App is a gem but whenever I use this app, my phone gets hot and overheats. So I limit the use of it. No other app does this.
Needs a little improvement
The app's concept is amazing, and I’m really impressed with how well organized it is. However, I hope it could offer better notifications for when a saved item restocks or goes on sale. I've unfortunately missed items that were in stock, and I’ve also noticed that the item pictures don’t always match what’s on the website. The app can be slow and laggy at times. Still, despite these issues, it remains an incredibly easy and convenient way to shop.

Loved them for years but not happy anymore
They’ve taken away the ability to delete items if you’ve searched for them (meaning you have to scroll through everything you’ve saved to find what you want to delete. Also broken the search function in general - you only see a few recent items instead of everything. Seems like they’re trying to direct you to their suggestions under the keyword, rather than your own collection. Was once a big fan and kept my entire wishlist in there. but it’s not functional anymore, and clearly on purpose

Needs Work
I have had Karma for a year now and at first it was great, but now it seems like every time i save an item to my wishlist it automatically mutes the item which i dont know how, so it doesnt notify me of when an item goes in sale. And a lot of sale items are sold out by the time i visit the website. I also noticed that when saving items for Saks Fifth Avenue there’s a glitch in the Karma app. I would receive a notification that one of my saved items are on sale on saks.com, but when i click on the item and it takes me to the website, the item is regular price. Please fix because i would love to continue to use this app for my deals.

Suggested lists are so annoying
I’ve made several lists so I can track the items I want. Every time I go to save something new, all the suggested lists with cringe titles like “🙀 splurge” appear above my lists. When I go into the list menu there’s no way to delete them. Please fix this!!! I just want my own lists. Thank you.

Honest review
The app has been amazing for the past year. However ever since a month or so now the prices for the items will not update and any new added items will display $9.99 no matter what the items cost is. Additionally any new updates to the older items will display $9.99 for the sale price even tho it’s not at $9.99. Hopefully they will fix this glitch in the next update and then I will recommend this app.

Main function dysfunctional
Only works for 1-3 obscure websites, otherwise gives uber late notices for things restocked a week after (good luck getting it by then) OR sale notices for items that are NOT on sale

It’s a great app I love it! But it’s so slow and glitchy. I would most definitely use it more if it was faster but it being slow is just annoying
AI feature needs work
Karma has gotten a lot better, I had previous concerns that have been addressed hopefully this one will be as well. The AI match feature is a good idea, but I wish it were optional to use because it's preventing me from saving items to my karma. When I try to save something it automatically uploads the image to the AI match feature and the exact item isn't always within the matches therefore I can't save the actual item. This has become frustrating and inconvenient.

The comparison results show various products that are not directly comparable to the product link i saved.
It lists items like a wallpaper from Etsy, a travel SIM card, a tablet, and a Nokia phone, which are all different categories from a smartphone. When the product i save is an iPhone 12 64gb.
Oh and the extension does not work.

Price tracking no longer working?
The app used to show a line graph of past prices for an item, but it doesn't anymore so I don't know how good of a sale it is whenever I get a notification. Kind of defeats the purpose for me
Amazing app
I love making wishlists in the app and getting alerts when the item goes on sale. I also really like the product comparison to make sure I’m getting the cheapest price.
