Hit and miss

Don’t always save to the vault. Sometimes thinks their duplicates were there isn’t. Some data has become scrambled. Now sync won’t work with cloud. Very hit and miss. Don’t get me wrong. When it works it is brilliant

Application parfaite. Le dernier Bug a été résolu.
Merci à l’équipe de KASPERSKY pour cette application que j’utilise depuis qu’elle est sortie.
J’utilise aussi l’antivirus KASPERSKY depuis des dizaines d’années et en suis pleinement satisfait.

Disappointed

Somehow was working very good and now it doesn’t syncing with pc and also It’s almost impossible to edit any password you have, really disappointed after more than 5 years of using now I’m searching for another alternatives

This crAPP doesn't load automatically at any login prompts of any app on iPads even for paid versions.
They will then tell you to download their another app

Good cross-platform app with annoying gaps

Good set of features but it’s taking ages to add Passkeys to the mobile app. Also I’m sure I used to be able to access the other entries in the password manager if it can’t find a match, but now I just get a blank page saying no matching entry with no way off it. Often an app uses the same username and password as its website, but there doesn’t seem a way to link these different kinds of entries. If these UX gaps could be addressed, it would really help

Getting there

I like the password app by Kaspersky & it’s nicely presented both apps & they stuck by me, so I will stay loyal and resubscribe when time comes mid year. I like to road test a bit longer but they do good software for online security and compromised ID as occurred to me when a Neighbor “lifted my wallet” 2/3 through. 2024.

Atualização recente ruim

Anteriormente ao fazer login em algum site/app se ele nao identificava o login no cofre, era possível clicar em “exibir contas” e pesquisar a conta desejada. Removeram essa função, piorando a funcionalidade; agora é necessário abrir o aplicativo a parte, caso nao detecte a senha.

Não atualiza preenchimento

Mais uma vez o problema se repetiu. O aplicativo atualiza visualmente mas em termos de corrigir problemas nada acontece. Hora de procurar um novo aplicativo.
Um site esperou a sarna e pediu a troca dela. Cadastrei a nova senha no site e no aplicativo Kaspersky Password & Docs. Quando tentei entrar no site, o aplicativo preencheu a senha antiga, mesmo com a nova no aplicativo. Isso aconteceu em dois telefones diferentes. Tive de copiar a senha no aplicativo e colar no campo manualmente para entrar.
