Slow and late support for this camera
Spent a lot of money on this camera and SIM card plan and animal chewed through the solar power cable and the camera went dead. Fixed it myself but the camera now is permanently offline even though it’s charged back up. There is very slow and late support for this camera called the number created a case several days now no response. The phone number even says there’s no representative available don’t buy this product if you did so sorry you’re not gonna get support. The full camera reset requires a special reset QR code and procedure. That QR code is not in the manual or the app. You have to contact support and have them send it to you. And explain the procedure on how to do it even though it’s simple it’s not anywhere you can find out without talking to somebody.

Amazing camera
I am using the camera as a security camera where my WiFi doesn’t get to it at the gate entrance of my house. It records video as well as pictures in a very good way. I would highly recommend it because it also records any person or wildlife animal that crosses the property .

Overall quality of the cam is good but the app itself could use a few extra features on mobile platforms.
Quality is good. A brief description of what the settings do under the switch would be nice for quick reference. I would also like the ability to minimize the app for Picture in Picture (PIP) or mini player. So I can actively view what’s on cam while browsing /using other apps without having to reconnect to my stream. That fix alone I would re rate to a 4-5 star review

Limited on my cam
Using the app for the zleo trail camera and you can’t download videos from it. A help screen shows you can but it only downloads an image. Other than that, the app is just ok. It’s functional but I’ve found a few issues like deleted all the album photos and app froze.

Great app for my trail cam!
Used for over 2 years and I could watch my trail camera anytime anywhere. Customer support was excellent and professional.
