Doesn’t work. says I need to log in to the web version and put my vin in even though it shows my bike click on my bike and bring up parts diagram you click on it for nothing to happen
This application is badly written
I’ve been a Kawasaki fan for over 20 years and a user of this application at least since 2017 when I bought my 2017 Ninja. All this time I hoped for a better experience with the application and I get disappointed every time.
Many issues:
1- the login button is partially hidden.
2- no option to reset the password.
3- the gallery of the new motorcycles to show off your products is so poor, I normally go to other sites to see the details I need.
All in all this application is poorly designed and written. Don’t waste your time.

Stupid app
I cannot login to my account and shows error, now my bike has a service light on, not the screen color I want and wrong hours.

just go the their website. why does everyone need an app? pointless waste of space on my phone and yes i'm a rider and a kawi guy. this is totally pointless. Does not even work.
It doesn’t even work
The app won’t open. It crashes constantly.
Broken
I use this mostly to check out specs and prices on their motorcycles. It worked great for years. Then it started crashing on launch. That eventually got resolved but it wouldn’t load anything anymore. After more months it finally loads things but it’s painfully slow and renders things on top of one another. So I think this app is finally going in the trash heap even though I much prefer it to the layout of their website.

Sign Up impossible
Would be great to have access to this app. Unfortunately they’ve made that impossible. What’s the point?

There’s absolutely no way anyone at Kawasaki even knows this app exists. It’s DOA.
Login
I have the ultra 310 lx I’m not having the app does not allow you to put your Bluetooth. You cannot log into the app so your Bluetooth on the JetSki is 100% useless.
Signup Issue
It won’t let you sign up at all.
SERIOUS APP DEFECT
So you obviously put a lot of time in this app. Why didn’t you make a way to sign up? Only a way to sign in. In case you haven’t noticed, nobody’s using your app because no one can sign in.

Can’t log in
It was a decent app where you can actually log in and us it. Used to be very helpful when it did work but also crashed and was outdated. Wouldn’t hurt to spend some money and fix it
Login issues
Information is 100% for both email & password; yet, it will not accept… The screen layout is cut off by a lot, only had a little green sliver “submit button” at the bottom & could not access forgot password or etc.
