This app desperately needs an update, a whole new look. It doesnt seem to work right with my iphone15.
App closes and doesn’t work
Not sure but I have tried two years to use the app and It doesn’t load or freezes. Not good at all!
I cannot log in at all
It’s says wrong username and password and I’m not even entering anything at all. I’m using face i.d. I was only about log in one time .
Horrible Bugs
This app is extremely poorly designed. Doesn’t work constantly crashes, doesn’t fit the mobile screen. Kba needs a new app developer.
Can’t Sign Up
This app is so outdated and will not let me sign up. I have tried 10+ times! Won’t accept username and password
Terrible design
This app looks and works like it was built in 2007. I’m sure that’s not the case, but it certainly has a VERY dated UI. KBA should hire some professional app developers to ground up rebuild this app because I’m not sure there’s any fixing the current UI.

Can’t sign in
I’ve been able to sign into the account all last year, now it keeps telling me that my password and username is wrong. When I ask for it to send my username its the same one I’m using so I’m wondering if y’all app is down and y’all don’t know it
Unable to complete sign-up
It was able to find my information in order to create a profile, but it kept telling me to enter correct profile information. ***turns out I already had a profile. Would be nice if the app would tell you that.
Doesn’t even work
I downloaded it so I can have my insurance card in my phone but it only let me register I can’t log in and my email can’t be verified even after I click the link they sent me
Should be called AppCrash not EzHealth
Can login, but if you choose any item or stay on the Home screen more than 20 seconds the app crashes. Not useful for any of the proposed benefits. Jan 2019
5/10/19 - Update - received an email from Apple with the developer’s update from Jan 14. Downloaded the newer version and the app no longer crashes. Improvement. However, critical aspects of the app are still nonfunctional, “My Benefits” locks up the app, and the Virtual Card section displays a blank screen with only a “back” button option. Very disappointing.

App doesn’t work.
I was excited to get new health benefits and see that there was an app to follow. Every time I login it tells me something went wrong throws me out. I can’t see my virtual ID card, or any other information about me. So I wasted a lot of time trying every option with no avail. What a shame it would have been good.

Convenient!
I forgot to bring my ID Card to the doctor’s office last week then remembered I could use the fax ID Card from the mobile app! The receptionist got the fax while I was standing there, “How’d you do that?” She asked. I love technology.
Useless
The benefits page is crashing. I just downloaded the most recent version.
Still crashing
I was able to login fine yesterday with all my credentials. Today it doesn’t even do anything when I put my username and password in. This app is terrible. Great when working but when does it ever work?!?
Much Better!
After some early hiccups, it seems that you have worked the kinks out. The app is no longer crashing and now I don’t have to go to the website. This app has all the info I’m looking for.
Welcome to the crash zone
App still crashing....update history shows version 1.5 was released 2days ago. A person commented on Dec 31, prior to the release of the new version, that it was crashing....the new version 1.5 didn’t fix the crashing.....BTW...

This app is terrible not very user friendly and it crashes as soon as u login
Need you to debug this app.
I can log in, but after like 30 seconds of trying to explore the app and looking for information i downloaded the app for in the first place; it crashes. Which wouldn’t be so bad if it kept me logged in so i could resume my browsing. Instead i had to keep logging in wasting valuable seconds before it once again kicked me off. Hope you can figure out what’s up! :D
