Doesn’t work - doesn’t show loan information
it crashes all the time and doesn’t show correct lender information. When you click on loans and turns off. Doesn’t work at all. Worst tool to use even though your are making a big purchase.
Useless
This app is useless. I can login and navigate through different menus, other than that I am unable to do anything of value to the loan process. I can‘t upload anything, I just get an error message. I can‘t e-sign any loan documents. I can‘t view documents I e-signed on the online portal. Probably the most useless app I have used, ever.
Also, on iPad this app is locked in portrait orientation and will not rotate into landscape. Just plain annoying that i need to take my iPad off of the keyboard to use it. That simple item should tell you everything you need to know about the quality of this app and the effort KB Homes put into it.
I guess KB is too busy selling new homes with used car salesman tactics to bother putting out a functioning app.

Unbelievably worthless
90% of the time the app doesn’t work at all, all the fields are blank…

It never loads when you try to upload documents. Crashes frequently and no one ever respond to you.

The app is always crashing. The screen stays loading for a good 45 minutes. This app is in drastic need if bug fixes and updates.
Register for account
Please fix the password interface it is garbage. At least make it to where it will tell you why your password is invalid

Omg! The only pro this app has is being able to see documentation and improved and dates for your home. Other than that, it crashes too much. If I log in the app shuts down, going off screen. It continues that for a good 20 minutes.
