This app frequently freezes and becomes completely unresponsive. The screen gets stuck, and I cannot tap or do anything, which is extremely frustrating—especially when trying to make urgent transactions. Sometimes I have to close and reopen the app multiple times, but the problem keeps happening.
A mobile payment app should be fast and reliable, but this one often fails to function properly. Please fix these bugs and improve performance, as this issue seriously affects user experience.

When I using on my iPhone 14 it get lock out instantly without even able to click on the button that in the home page and there is too much lag with this version of kpay.

Every single app such as AYA, CB, Wave…are okay no issues, but for KPay I need to uninstall and install again every 2,3 weeks ( System issue be like : suddenly freezing and not able to touch… after 15s automatically logout, I not sure the issue is only affected to my phone or all 17Promax
