Sent many emails to their customer service team to make sure to update the app but they don't. They have placed so many advertisements and unnecessary social media posts in this application. This app is for mobile banking, this app is not social media platform. They must realize that, they have to take care of the app not to freeze and hang all the time recently.

Issue about freezing
After updated app it was so hang , freeze . While using Kpay my handset is heat up and not move on anymore. Then I have to delete that app and reinstall many time . Kpay IT team have to take action about thirst level update system
App Freeze Very Frequently
I’m using iPhone 16 for over a year and enjoyed using KBZPay Blue App. However since May 2026, I frequently experienced the App which seem to be frozen. It became worsened these days and to be honest, I need to delete and reinstall the App at least 4evety week nowadays. What KBZ Pay developer are doing it. You guys better fix it ASAP.
