Freeze frequently. Screen unresponsive and phone become hot like playing graphics heavy video game. Needed to uninstall and reinstall again every time it’s freeze. So frustrating.

Mobile Banking

Sent many emails to their customer service team to make sure to update the app but they don't. They have placed so many advertisements and unnecessary social media posts in this application. This app is for mobile banking, this app is not social media platform. They must realize that, they have to take care of the app not to freeze and hang all the time recently.
