Awful since Thryv

They really messed this up.

Stay away

Keap is not in the mobile business. This app crashes constantly and is virtually unusable.

Major issues since Thryv acquisition

Keap used to be amazing. Now it’s awful since the recent merger with Thryv. It’s unreliable and buggy.

Too many issues

Can’t send auto text messages from a normal phone number!

Continuously crashes after Thryve update

This app was already so-so due to false advertising: it does not allow you to access the entire CRM. It did allow me to access text messaging and phone calls which is what I really needed, but broadcast and marketing have to be done from the website.

Now Keap is using a new system called thrive for login. I'm not sure what the benefit of the consumer is, but I rarely can use the Keap app now. It mostly spins me in a do-loop circle between logging into Keap and logging into Thryve and then logging me out because my "session has ended"

Until Keap fixes this the app is practically useless

Buggy. Customer support has gotten far worse since keap was bought out.

Not what it used to be.

Inutile

Non funziona, inutilizzabile

Terrible Quality Test with every change

It is hard to understand that when a change is made, basic functionality is affected. This week two events: a) Not be able to call back a contact using the mobile app, the call drops after a recording saying “An application error ocurred” b) Keap mobile update overlap icons and it is imposible to dial a number. These are only examples of this week. This year we have at least other two situations with the business line. One of them, not been able to add a phone number to the business line. Interesting, all these functionality was working before changes. Very frustrating!

Limited use

Sadly I thought this was going to be a really great support for me but I can’t seem to see how to work the app. The buttons are not responsive so I can’t even add a contact.

Kristin at the spruce goose

I am CONSTANTLY asked to log in face recognition does not work
I still have to enter my email and password
It impedes my ability to work efficiently with my clients!
Very unhappy

Highly suspect

Things have really gone downhill since they were acquired. I am sure there is a less expensive solution out there

Horrible

The most unreliable app you could use for a business. Hands down

Card scan crash

The app crashes when entering a sxanned card, and crushes the field

Outstanding

Keap is an incredible CRM.

Dumpster Fire

It is difficult to explain how good the desktop software is, and how useless and poorly designed this app is. Rebuild this! We have organized a good part of our e-commerce business around this CRM. The app developers seem to have almost no idea how clients would like to use this. It has absolutely none of the functionality that makes the CRM wonderful.

Needs work

It is very glitchy, difficult to maneuver anywhere, can’t access the menu once you’re in a sunscreen. The app is useless. I end up logging in thru the regular dashboard

App is haphazard

Mobile app doesn’t load all the time. When it does load, accessing profiles is slow and clunky. It logs out excessively which is very annoying when you’re on the road for sales. Half the time I end up using the browser to get anything done.

The desktop version is much better.

Not good

I’m a huge fan of their desktop software which we have used for years as one of the back buns of our business. This app replaces a legacy app we were using previously. It has almost no capability to link customers to their order history, Which makes no sense for a CRM. Very poor.

Impossible to cancel

I’ve tried to cancel my subscription for two months to no avail. The requirement that I must speak with an agent in order to cancel + do so at least 10 days before the next renewal date has been devastating. I’ve been in hold for 46 minutes this time. And I’m still waiting.

Frozen Again

This is probably the worst app I’ve ever had. I used it on an iPhone 12 and it would freeze all the time. I thought my phone must be too old, but now I’m on an iPhone 16 and the app is just as bad. It isn’t intuitive. It does work reliably. It signs you out at random. It freezes multiple times every time I try to use it. It’s so bad it’s almost funny, except I actually need it to work.
