Dirty towel found in the room.
I love the hotel and this was the 3rd stay but first time there was an issue with the room having a clean issue. They sent someone to assist with removing the towel from the previous guest that smelled and behind the couch.

This app was extremely helpful in my check in process, easy to use, very consistent and made life easier. The app was my favorite while staying at Otonomous! Great feature and excellent app
App sucks for digital key
Works ok first time then Whenever I come back to my hotel in Vegas Otonomus, it keeps logging me out so I always have to change to a new password. And takes a few times to try again. Very frustrating. I even requested a physical hotel key prior but they swear that the app will be so easy to use. I guess not.

Kee app is not responsive on iOS 16.0+
I’m running 16.7.12
It’s not responsive and crashing. The property where I live requires the app to open the door of your home,but I haven’t been able to experience it.
