I love how easy it is to check my boobs on a monthly basis. I have fibrocystic breasts, so it’s super helpful just to track month to month and keep an eye on things. The little illustrations are so cute!
Eased fears I didn’t know I had
The first time I went through the guide, I actually cried. Realized I don’t do this because it’s easier to assume it’s fine. Hadn’t realized how much fear I had about finding something and the app was so reassuring even before I knew that was what I needed. Was like a friend saying, “I’ve got your back & you won’t be alone with this”. Check regularly now and feel more confident because I do.
