No tech support or help options for the app itself.
Links just take you to their home page for sales inquiry’s.
Very frustrating trying to get this to work. Can’t even report a quality issue to Apple, that just redirect to their home page for sales etc.

Technical issues
I scheduled a video call with a therapist, but it never happened because the therapist couldn’t log in. The person who eventually called me to explain said it was a widespread issue.
Infuriating UX
Login screens/video calls take over 4-6 mins to load, if they ever do. Cannot call counselors either. Worst mental health app I’ve ever used. Please ask your provider for any other app.

Too many corners cut
Too many corners are being cut here that make users feel like numbers in a spreadsheet, in an area where it really shouldn’t be the case.
The clearly AI generated pictures of happy people with varying numbers of fingers sitting, smiling, being mindful, the employees in the chats who use machine translation for communicating in languages other than English, all of it feels like the idea is to delegate as much of our well-being
to machines, for it to be efficient, and most importantly, low cost.
I’ve use similar apps and services before but this one gave me the most race-to-the-bottom vibes so far.
Once you get past the chat and the interface, you get actually competent people, but getting there feels unrefined and unnecessarily cheap.

Just keeps getting better
Love the ongoing improvements. Functionality has improved a lot and connection to a counselor is seamless.
