DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

After buying the subscription the watch gets stuck in the “Saving Workout” mode and you can’t start another session without uninstalling the app from your Apple Watch. Then it just gets stuck on the next workout. No way to contact anyone, no support, no help in the App. This is truly bad programming and does not live up to the German reputation of quality. I’m hoping the developer reads this and contacts me. I want the app to work or I want my money back!

Response from developer

Excuse me for not seeing your complaint before in the App-Store. On the Info page of the App should find a Contact button. If you are still interested in a reply, you can directly write to support@keeprowing.ch. You can test the app without paying. The workout time is restricted to 10mim, but that should allow for an evaluation. The app is under steady change, also driven by the changes Apple makes to their Watch OS. As a free time developer I cannot test any combination of iOS and watch OS versions. I use the App regularly, about twice a week and since you wrote your remark two year ago, I don't remember any problems when saving a workout. Tips from my side are: Enable Bluetooth and location services. Allow for reading and writing to the health store as requested by the application. Greetings Sven
