So many glitches
I want to love this but so many glitches. I can’t add another kid - app crashes out. Deleted app but not data to reinstall and try to fix. Now I can’t get past “oops something’s wrong with your internet connection”. Nothing is wrong with internet. Now the day I had to work on this project is gone, and I can’t access what I’ve already uploaded because of an erroneous error message. Most frustrating app experience in a very long time.

Fraud
This company has apparently gone under. No response from customer service or any platform assistance. All servers are down. No help is being offered for long-time customers. Do not purchase or use.
Servers always busy
I am working on a refund because we have had Keepy for years, but in the past year we have rarely been able to upload. We receive an error message that says “server busy”.
Glitchy
Couldn’t even get past the profile creation page entering name, birthday etc because it kept freezing. Tried exiting/deleting and restarting but no luck.
Won’t let me add kids
I downloaded this app at the recommendation of other large homeschool moms but it doesn’t let me add any of my kids. I tried app support but that isn’t working either.
Disappointing
At a time when diarising digitally was new and keepy was a thing!! All of a sudden it stopped and can no longer access all of my kids baby pics and adventures! At least to have had a heads up on the company ceasing would have been nice so I could have downloaded my photos and kids artwork which was the main reason I signed up..

Not working from the get go
Just downloaded, following steps to set up new account via email and it automatically populates “there was a problem connecting to keepy, please try again soon”. Despite full internet connection and access to data and no other standard troubleshooting issues, we’re unable to even get up and started.

I’ve been paying for the premium service and have not been able to access in months. It says it can’t connect to the server. nO ONE responds to their customer service email.
Terrible app, constant server busy error
I’ve had this app for many years, and that’s the only reason I’m sticking with it. Any time I try to add my kids’ artwork, I get the “server busy” error message and am unable to upload. When you try to send feedback, that link doesn’t work. I don’t understand why there’s not more about this sham out there for when I google it.

Can’t Get Started
I’m trying to create an account but keep getting a message “oops! there was a problem connecting to keepy's servers, please try again soon.”. I tried app support from Keepy in the iOS App Store and the link takes me to a page that says “This UserVoice instance is no longer available.”.
Outdated Reviews-Broken App- NO App support!
I excitedly downloaded this app for my daughter who just started pre-k, but the app has not worked at all.
I cannot add my child, I mean the buttons to put in the birthday literally don’t work and the app shut downs.

Unable to Create an Account
I have tried a few times now to create an account. Each time it says “cannot connect to servers, please try again later”. Or something along those lines. I decided it’s not work the hassle and deleted the app.

Server is forever down
I have a ton of artwork saved in this app and liked it a lot initially. Now every time I try to get in to upload more I get an error message of “server is down”.
This has been the case for months. If this doesn’t get fixed I will have to try to export hundreds of items to a new app.

Paid user for SEVEN years, stopped working completely
I’m very worried I won’t be able to download the work. I have spent SO much time curating and filing artwork and I’m very worried it won’t be able to be KEPT. Highly disappointed.
Server is always busy. Find another app.
I even tried upgrading to their premium service. Unfortunately, a majority of us customers have been getting “Server busy. Please try again later” whenever we try to upload material. Keepy takes weeks to fix this problem and when they do, the problem just returns. This happens too often. Save your money and find another way.

Can’t add children
Can’t use the app because I cannot add children. The app freezes every time I try to add a birthday

This app clearly doesn’t work like it apparently used to at one point. You can get as far as attempting to add your child then it freezes. Attempted to uninstall and reinstall a few times with no luck.
Terrible waste of money
The app doesn’t work. I can’t even add my children. I’ve emailed the company and no response.
