Scam app
These guys are crooks. Did a campaign to buy 3 meals for over $200 each in order to win 20,000 Asiamiles on 9.9 at 8pm. I go into the app and of course the campaign is gone. Nothing to win

Bad customer services.
The driver delivered my order 10km away to a shopping mall. A manager was meant to call me back but never did so on many occasions. The customer service from this company is appalling. Still yet to receive a refund for my order I never received. Do not use this company!!!
Worst customer service
I had one of the worst customer service experience from this their support team. I ordered food from the app and requested it to be mild but the order I received after 40 mins wait was extremely spicy and when I contacted the support team, they simply said we are trying to help you but we can’t. So after waiting for 40 mins I was left with less money in my account and no food to eat and some generic response. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.

Many delivery apps are better than Keeta now
Keeta used to be the best delivery app, but lately it have gone from the best to the worst delivery takes ages and when I asked the drivers, they told me that they can claim more than an order and deliver it at the same time. This makes him very late.
