برنامج فاشل استغلالي وصلني طلب خطا اكثر من مره ، وبدون فايده ولا تعويض ، افشل برنامج توصيل فعلا ونجمه كثيره عليه
Useless customer service
I had ordered items from KFC via Keeta and the wrong items were delivered. Both KFC and Keeta refused to take accountability and Keeta said they can’t do anything or issue a refund. If this was Noon, you would have the refund issued to you straight away as unlike Keeta, they actually take customer service seriously.

انصح بعدم الشراء منه يتاخر عشرة ساعات بدون تعويض
سيء جدا جدا لا انصح فيه يتاخر الطلب كم ساعه ما في إلا استرداد ولا يوجد تعويض اغلب التطبيقات تعوض ولا اول مره يصير معايه كذا
The worst app ever for order food scammers
I ordered and my order was not delivered to the address which is in app delivery took order and mark it as delivered keeta is worst app to order anything and deliveries of keeta they eventually show order received and nothing received customer support so weak they don’t provide any help obviously this is the last I will use this app talabat much more better in stages never faced such issues or stolen order it’s extremely disappointing experience I don’t recommend to use otherwise you will only stress yourself and waste your money.

These guys are crooks. Did a campaign to buy 3 meals for over $200 each in order to win 20,000 Asiamiles on 9.9 at 8pm. I go into the app and of course the campaign is gone. Nothing to win

Bad customer services.
The driver delivered my order 10km away to a shopping mall. A manager was meant to call me back but never did so on many occasions. The customer service from this company is appalling. Still yet to receive a refund for my order I never received. Do not use this company!!!
Worst customer service
I had one of the worst customer service experience from this their support team. I ordered food from the app and requested it to be mild but the order I received after 40 mins wait was extremely spicy and when I contacted the support team, they simply said we are trying to help you but we can’t. So after waiting for 40 mins I was left with less money in my account and no food to eat and some generic response. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.

Many delivery apps are better than Keeta now
Keeta used to be the best delivery app, but lately it have gone from the best to the worst delivery takes ages and when I asked the drivers, they told me that they can claim more than an order and deliver it at the same time. This makes him very late.
Absolute mess.
Their customer service is so bad. I don’t recieve some items and they literally don’t compensate or refund? I literally talk to customer service and they try to make me at fault every single time.. terrible.

I love this app so much, but it is very expensive. You need to re-evaluate the prices.
Fraudulent Experience
I have recently tried their service a few times and my orders were always late.
I was fine with that until my most recent experience which actually required some customer service intervention.
I had mistakes in my main orders and had to reach out to customer service quickly thinking there was an easy solution.
Little did I know that I would be facing one of the worst customer service experiences ever.
During the process of getting to talk to what I “think” was real human being. I had to explain my issue to their bot multiple times till it thought it had to connect me to a “specialist”, and when I got connected to a specialist I was told that my order had no issues at all after sending all the evidence needed to prove my claim and that was done immediately after receiving my two cups of coffee that were incorrect orders and 40 minutes late.
Not to forget their “promised time” which keeps extending without any notification based on the drivers delay.
Yeah no thank you.
Deleted the app and I’ll just stick to Jahez and Hungerstation for the time being.
For who ever is in Saudi.. I DO NOT ADVICE.

كل مره نطلب يكون فيه مشكله بالطلب ومافيه تجاوب مره مافيه بطاطس ومره مافيه تيب بحذذف التطبيق
