Arnaque !

Cette application vous fait souscrire à un abonnement mensuel et il est impossible de le résilier ! Personne ne vous répond quand vous essayez de les contacter ! C'est tout simplement une arnaque !

Hidden Charges

Absolutely pathetic, there are a lot of hidden charges when you start using the app. They charge you for everything and do not refund saying that it is a one time charge and cannot be refunded. A new way to scam lol pathetic

Criminal Enterprise

The initial hard-sell will give you an App. So technically you received a subscription. Then when you try and cancel, because the App is rubbish, it is near impossible. I lost count of the number of intentional loops, blocks and dead-ends it took to unsubscribe. Although I have blocked them charging my card again, they keep trying, despite knowing I have cancelled.

Hidden charges

They hide charges within the functions of the app. You think you are clicking a “next page” or “continue” button then all of a sudden you are charged to your credit card £30 for an extra app feature.

The ad said free? But it’s not

The ad said it’s completely free. Then they put you through one of the meaningless quizzes that is supposed to just lure you into feeling invested (by taking your time). Then after you’ve done it, they ask for money. Deceit. I’ll revisit this review after playing with the app. So far it’s rudimentary cheese.

Horrible business practices verging on a scam

Even if you turn off auto renew, they will continue to try to bill you every 10 days. An absolute scam of a nap because of their horrible business practices.
Update after them telling me that I no longer have an active subscription two weeks later I get billed by them again. And I’m going to let my bank go after them for fraud.

Very hard to cancel the subscription. Moreover the new subscription is activated automatically. And no answer about my request for the return.

Worst app, no support,

App gets refreshed every month & starts with 0 points. All the points earned go off & need to start from 0 again. Tried contacting support team multiple times but no revert from anyone.

I received response from Kegel team, but it was of no use at all.
