Doesn’t validate email
I set up the account and they emailed a verification email. I tapped on the verification button and it said verified. It then refused the same email.
Rewards not working now
For the past 3 months it won't give me the 6 th pizza free. Keith's pizzas are great and the location is very close. Otherwise we have to drive 25 minutes to the nearest pizza place. I get my receipt and it reads next pizza free. Not when I come back I don't receive the credit. I did get the free 6th drink though. Confused?
The staff is very nice but they are too busy with customers to help me fix it. I should have 2 or 3 free pizzas by now. So I will just be getting pizzas elsewhere for the time being.
I've tried deleting the app and downloading again and resetting password. I never get a email for reset.
There is an ALERT ON MY ACCOUNT WITH Auth02 code. I don't even know what that is! I have seen other comments reading the same thing.
The store is very clean and organized and the staff is usually very nice. Even the gas pumps are clean and new looking. So info like the store.

Don’t waste your time
It want let you download anything been waiting for 4 months for a code to let me in so I deleted all it I’m done I would have gave 0 star if there was one
Garbage
It won’t even let me set up an account. Apple won’t authorize it or something because it’s trying to use developer auth0 to register and it’s supposed to be auth2.0 for users. Idk how to fix it so guess I won’t be using keiths rewards. But other than this app the stores are awesome and I like that most of them are playing Christian music over their speakers instead of the garbage that they call music today.

New app update
Ever since yall updated the app now I can’t login in, tried forgot password and never get an email to reset it!! Been trying for 2 weeks getting ridiculous!!

Last update signed me out and it keeps saying my phone number is in use. I hit forgot password and never got an email and I check spam/junk folder.

Can’t log in
Used Apple account to enroll and now it won’t let me log in anymore. Can’t enroll again with the same number and there’s no help or support contact info or links anywhere in the app. I now have zero access to all of my rewards.

App is horrible
I stop at Keith’s every morning on my way to work to get coffee & a biscuit. Twice a week I get gas b/c I commute from Long Beach to Slidell. Been doing this since December 2021. Yet my purchase history only has 4 purchases. I’ve deleted app & download/installed it twice, still same issue. Not even worth the effort of putting in your rewards #. If I could give a ZERO I would.

Cannot access my account
I signed up via text and downloaded the app. I followed the prompts and could not finish setting up my account because “my phone already exists” with another account. I cannot find a website or phone number for customer support. I am deleting the app!

Same thing! Tells me my number is already enrolled. But then I give my email to send password and then it says an account doesn’t exists for my email. Let’s face it most people who joined texted from there phone number not there email so the app does not know the two are connected. Unless you are new don’t join, what a waste of time. This app needs a MAKEOVER!

Trouble
It keeps telling me that my phone number has already been used and my email address don’t match for a new pass word. How do I get this corrected???

I tried doing the text rewards in store and that didn’t work and then I downloaded the app and it kept saying my phone numbers already enrolled for the rewards program. This is absolutely ridiculous and this app needs some major improvement!
