Have used this app for years but for some reason I’m not able to make calls since September 2024 even after loading up the call minutes scam

This app no longer works like it used to. I added money on my card and has been unable to use it since August. What a joke
Took my money and denied calls
I’ve been using this app for years and suddenly after loading money I am unable to make calls anywhere and when I tried to delete and add my number again nothing seeems to be functional on this app anymore
Login issues
Since last 3 months I am going login my account but there error multiple times I try to contact customer service KeKu team they won’t reply I have around 50$ balance in account the account won’t login
The app is very bad now

I bought 14$ credit I couldn’t use it
Since then nothing has been fixed all gone including the 10$ balance

No response
For the last 2 weeks if not longer the app has not worked. I sent an email to support services and did not receive a response.
Worst calling app
This app froze with money in my account. I’ve not be able to make any calls or even reach customer service. It’s just terrible service .
Scam
Scam, scammer app be careful. They take money from your account without your permission.

Call fail, customer service say it’s fix, same problem never fix.

Your app is recording people voice and the voice is playing over and over! This happened to me and my husband. I need my money back!!! You guys have lost a customer and I will tell my family and friends to stop using your app
Worst ever experience
1. The international number never connects
2. Support sent an email saying they fixed the issue - since then I can’t even login in the account, it is asking to contact support. There is no chat or phone option, so you have to send an email and wait
3. Referral program seems a scam - referred someone who added deposit, but no referral visible in my account.
Worst ever customer experience. Stay away.

Call charge is becoming fishy
I really love this app have been using it for a while,but now they started to take away the minutes with out the person answering the call😞
Not working in iPhone
I have been contacting customer service no response from them.

Do not use, call drops every 10-15 minutes.
Doesn’t work as advertised
This did not record my international calls. It did record the other side (the person I called).My voice was never recorded.
Their CS support is useless
App doesn’t work. Can’t make any calls. When I tried contacting them they were absolutely no help.

These guys probably doesn’t want anyone to cancel their subscription and hence they haven’t given any option to cancel the subscription from the app.
I’m using iPhone 12 Pro Max and when I go to settings, all I see is manage subscription and it takes me to the Apple Subscription and I don’t see this app there.
Contacting the customer support hasn’t helped in any way. More like a scam. I have not used this app for 3 months and they have ripped $10 every month and it’s going on since last three months.
Seems like there’s no way to get rid of this mess.

Be watchful
They charge even when the phone is not answered. Used it for two years and I realized too late. By the time I found out I had lost a lot. Sent an email and no reply.
Horrible app
Just paid $10 for this crap to record a very important international phone call and the recording doesn’t play.
