Camera battery started dying at the speed of light, I stopped using it for awhile. Went to use it again and now the app won't even let you see your live feed without a subscription? What kind of nonsense is this! Snatching it down and getting something reliable

Awesome camera
Took quite some time for me to write this review, but I’ve had this camera for over a year and it still works. The battery is fantastic. Better than the blink cameras I have I highly recommend this camera to anyone looking for a good camera that last long.

Okay for the money
For the money the camera is okay, but the app’s functionality isn’t great. Most annoying is it periodically logs you out but you only realise when you open the app. And while logged out it’s not saving any footage or alerting you to any activity, so if something does occur in that period you won’t know or have any recording.

3 years with first door cam, works good recharge no problem it is good door cam. The only flaw is once in awhile cam does not pick up or sense motion. Fix that . It’s 5 stars to me.

Door bell
I find most of the time you can’t see who at the door because its too slow in loading up and most of the times the person at the door says it sounds like muffled noise I now it’s not my internet connection because it’s 100 %
Equipment is Draining
You have to recharge it too much. The Camera doesn’t hold adequate charge.

Not up to par
Definitely will not be renewing subscription other than it’s very cheap. It’s not worth it. I guess that’s why it’s very cheap because the service is cheap as well perfect Internet have no problems with anything else, but constant buffering with these cameras
Not so happy.
The app regularly log me out without warning so service is not available. I had another similar device which stop working when I accidentally reversed the polarity of batteries. The account would not work with a new device, so yeah, not so happy with this.
Not working
Continuous issues with app. Messaging customer service and they’re telling me this isn’t the app I should be using, yet they can see my information/subscription. I’d like a refund.
