It works really good. It’s just that the battery seems to drain quickly if I have it set for motion detector or something like that.

I can’t view my own doorbell camera without a subscription. Garbage change! I’ll be replacing this asap.

it stopped recording videos of people coming up to my door, walling by, no motion sets it off anymore and not even a sound on my phone when someone rings my doorbell

Not happy with product
It was fine in the beginning now it doesn’t track all footage and the doorbell rings for no reason by it self from time to time I’ve tried to contact customer service; no luck
Don’t buy it
Very disappointing customer service. Every time I contact them, it feels like I’m talking to a robot—I receive the same generic replies over and over again. I was promised a replacement doorbell, but nothing has happened. Poor communication and no follow-through. I expected much better. Don’t buy it.

I talked to customer service several times all they do is lie!!!! It’s been over a year now. They said they would send me a replacement for mines because it wouldn’t capture anything, and also even when I try speaking to someone on the camera no one can hear me. You even have to pay for a subscription. DO NOT BUY NOT WORTH IT $30 FOR A SUBSCRIPTION NO THANK YOU!

Not worthy at all
I mean you parched a door camera at least they should provide some accessible features on it(use common sense), but this requires money on everything, don’t buy it’s a scam.

Very unprofessional. They didn’t activate my subscription until November and I purchased it in June
Last year I purchased a subscription in June and I sent a screenshot to them showing that I purchased this subscription and I needed them to activate it. Nobody wrote me back until November and then they finally activated my subscription. I paid for one whole year, but they still cut off my subscription in June of this year! I’ve messaged them multiple times asking them to extend my subscription to November because that is when they activated it. The only reply I have received were instructions on how to troubleshoot my camera, which does not help me at all. It’s like they didn’t even read my message or my problem. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced on an app.
