Awful service
My account or camera has not worked since the conversion. I paid for a year subscription and would like a refund
Good camera
It’s a good camera and an excellent value.
Pros:
1. good quality video
2. Two way communication
3. Recording (if you pay for service)
4. Settings and app are relatively user friendly.
Cons:
1. Sometimes does not pick
Up motion detection in time
2. Only records a short time
3. Opening the app to live video sometimes lags, and this is annoying especially when someone is at the door.
4. Customer service is very very helpful, it just sometimes takes a while for a response. They will absolutely always respond though.

Barley records
Although I have a paid subscription, the company goes back and forth with me saying my subscription is expired. I had to send proof multiple times. The cameras barely record; may 3 times in the afternoon.
Horrible service
Customer service sucks you can’t speak to anyone when you have an issue and it takes over a week for a chat response and don’t try emailing them no luck at all.

Very slow with loading the camera when you get an alert
It’s as good as any of the blinks or the Alexis.
The only problem is it doesn’t connect to the Alexa, but overall it’s definitely very good. Put the app on your phone and you’re off you go. I’ve never had any problem with. 👌🍄
Technical Issues: Slow Camera Connection, Frequent Disconnects, and Subscription Layout
Unreliable connection and confusing pricingThe app is incredibly slow when trying to connect to the cameras; it simply takes too long to load the live view. On top of that, the cameras constantly drop their connection, forcing me to frequently go through the annoying process of re-pairing them. To make matters worse, the app subscription pricing is very confusing. It only shows a "per day" breakdown and fails to state the actual total for a yearly plan. Please fix these connectivity bugs and clarify the billing.
