Doesn’t work
Worked fine when I first installed but now it’s not working. My bill has been paid and still can’t get it to work

Always bug, keep on deactivating themselves, you got to check the app at least once a week to make sure the motion detection is activated..
Doorbell Ring
Poor Product! I hate I purchased it it’s delayed . I’ve reached out customer service about my issues but they haven’t responded yet. Very unsatisfactory customer service.

I don't recommend it. I've been using it for a very long time, but lately everything has become a one-time subscription. Why buy a doorbell if watching its video feed requires an annual subscription? It's just a regular doorbell without a subscriptio
WORST CAMERA DOORBELL AND APP
At first everything was great. I purchased a second one then I was charged 2999 per year for each camera and within a couple months both cameras broke no warranty no offer to exchange out the defective item no response from the company worst investment

Bad customer service
No one can answer the chat or do anything, bad customer service,i changed the door bell and i I wanted just to transfer my subscription to a new one,i contacted customer service several time and no one can help

It seems like over a period of time the device looses it motion and you won’t know until you check your camera
Terrible app
Worse app ever.I use to be able to turn on my camera lights now I can’t since they were automatically switched to this garbage app.Keeps logging out frequently too
Keeps going offline
It’s annoying at times either it doesn’t pick up who’s in front of the door, the doorbell doesn’t ring in time, or it’s not responding properly with recording, keeps going offline customers service doesn’t reply back anymore
Great video doorbell
I’ve used this video doorbell and cloud services for two years and I am not disappointed with either of services the doorbell is very responsive and you are able to control the sensitivity and the WiFi connection that notify you when you are away and you are able to answer the doorbell in real time. I highly recommend this doorbell and cloud service.

The change that occur this year
The app has totally change. I can not believe someone actually got to ring your doorbell before it work. At one time you could just watch / view without having to pay but now it won’t allow that. It’s does give an option of three days upon a subscription and upon the three days you can cancel. It’s like useless to me at this point

App logs out
The app constantly logs you out of the account causing you not to get notifications on your phone. Extremely annoying bug. Can’t recommend until this is fixed.
Avoid
This used to be a cheap and reliable option for a subscription less door bell camera, but as many have pointed out, if you want to view outside using the camera you need to pay for it.
I now use Tapo no subscription costs and all you need is a micro so card. Avoid this app and this company and their products.
