Virtually unusable now, will not load so I can log in

The newest version is completely unusable. I can’t log in half the time. I keep getting system errors when trying to log in or the facial recognition won’t work and I have to manually put in my password and set up biometrics again. I don’t know what has happened to this app but it’s nothing like it used to be.

Takes forever to load anything!
The app is so helpful. However, out of ALL the apps I have, this one is the slowest. It takes forever for it to load, then with every step it takes that much more time. There is no hurry and transfer or no quickly checking balance. Very slow app..

Version 5.1.0 is unbearably slow. No longer can you open this in the grocery store and move money, or conveniently move money to savings in a quick action. My app now takes 10 minutes to open and another 10 to show my balances. Please revert to a previous version or fix this quality issue
Fantastic App for an Incredible Bank
This is far and away the best mobile banking app I have had the opportunity to use. It's fast, convenient, and its ease of use and features make this a must-have. Coupled with the tremendous hometown service of KFB, you can't go wrong!
