Disconnect issue
The ap fails to connect to the cup multiple times during the day. Even when you’re removing the ap and beginning again it fails to search the cup. Very frustrating and deciding if l should get my money back.
Won't connect
Received as gift. Mug works but app will not connect. When select search it asks for email for login which I add but nothing happens?? Disappointed the app doesn't work.

Bluetooth still doesn’t connect
I have two mugs. One connected and the other won’t.
Only worked once then won’t connect
I had read the reviews when I first downloaded this app, and my experience was the same as the one star reviews. It connected one time and was great and after that the Bluetooth will not connect.👎
Device fails to connect
The are no directions on how to connect the heated mug. If it’s a Bluetooth connection there’s no instructions. It doesn’t appear as a Bluetooth device on my iPhone’s available devices to connect. The app can’t find it. And the support page list here is dead.
Love it!
The mug connects automatically by Bluetooth when it’s near your phone. Then you can customize the app to change the mug’s temperature. Absolutely love it 😁
App Doesn't Work
Before you can add a device, it wants you to put in an email address and once you do that it goes back to the original screen. Rinse and repeat and never add the device you want to add.
