Unnecessary notifications

Why remind me to travel? I have downloaded the app to use it - I’m not going to use it because of your notifications - I permitted notifications to get notified of a travel alerts which are important. Please understand - don’t remind me to use the app, I might as well delete it if I get any further unnecessary notifications.

One week later I’m uninstalling the app because of unnecessary notifications and no response from anyone with a solution.

Good App; a promising alternative to Uber

The app is good and can be considered as a promising alternative to Uber. I heard from a driver that they charge much less commission compared to Uber and Rapido, That’s a very good thing. Keep doing so, and don’t change to Uber’s model once you get enough customers.
The only problem - When we open the app, it asks for an update and once we click on it, the app never opens again. We the have to uninstall and reinstall for the app to work again. Please fix this.

Worst ,Unsafe Service and no customer service

Today, July 16, 2026, I had a very insulting and upsetting experience with a driver I booked through this app. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I reported the incident immediately at around 12:00 PM, but as of 5:07 PM, no one from customer support has contacted me. This level of customer service is very disappointing and makes me question how seriously they handle customer complaints. After this incident, I no longer feel safe booking rides through this app. I am genuinely worried that the same kind of incident could happen again. I hope the company takes customer safety seriously, improves its driver standards, and responds to complaints promptly so that no one else has to go through such an experience.

Location showing problem

Correct pick up location shown to my Apps and showing different location to driver makes delay pick up

Not helpful for visitors

I tried to register on this app, but it supports only India phone number (+91) for now. This limits anyone visiting Kerala and has only international phone number. Whenever I visit India, I never purchased a phone since all communications happens via WhatsApp and/or apps that does not need local numbers. It was always convenient. I hope this app starts supporting international numbers. Thank you.

Suggestion to add ETA

The app is beautiful and its very useful for the drivers and users as both of them are getting profit but one important feature i think needs to be added is to include ETA because in other applications. we can know the time of arrival of drivers but in kerala savaari. we can only see the kms if you can add the ETA then this app is perfect ❤️

No Cabs

Everything about this app is good but there are no cabs on the road using this app. Tried multiple times but no cabs ever accept ride. Got uber from the very same location so its not a location or demand issue. I think its a awareness issue

Best app

Comparing to other ride app …this is the best..when I want to go to railway station in urgent, I booked in other app , In one app driver asked to cancel , In another app driver not booked try to increase fare and book..But in this app with lesser money ,it booked fast and driver came soon and good one too..When I talked with driver ,he said the percentage of money (we pay )goes to driver more and less goes to owner(government)..but in other app they take more commission and give less to driver, hence they are not coming ..but since govt app paying more to driver , they are coming to pickup ,even if it is far..So Kerala Sawari app is best in current situation…

Regularly i am useing uber … but this is better for Coustomer and driver and good service also
