Let me start by saying I love Keurig Machines…..When they work. I have had two now that suddenly stopping working while attempting to brew. I do use it everyday up to four times a day. The first I called customer service no problems a replacement was sent out. This time my unit turned on but failed to suck water out of the tank then got a very heavy electric burning smell with visible smoke. I immediately unplug and called customer service. They said its under a year old and still has an-active warrant. I am upset because they said I have to send this one back so they can evaluate it before sending me a replacement. What? This could have burned my house down if I was not paying attention. They provided me a UPS Ground service label. So I am expected to be without a coffee pot for two weeks or more. Wow! Very disappointed and frustrated say the least.

Waste of time - never worked
The only thing I could do was make an account. The app wants permission to track other apps. Connect to Bluetooth. But it couldn’t connect to my brand new keurig which keeps prompting me to connect to the WiFi. I hate this app and my new keurig. It was a gift so at least I didn’t spend my own money on it.

Will not stay connected to my wi-fi…. Unplug, reconnect, try to brew with Alexa, Keurig app and Alexa both respond not connected. Sad, really enjoy my smart house and all 58 other “smart” devices

This app has been horrible for a long time. It’s so difficult to use and a lot of features don’t even work. I subscribe for regular deliveries and I am so close to finding a different supplier because the app is so bad.

Glitchy
Normally, I love the app, but the last two weeks I can’t get it to open. I have tried updating it. I have deleted it and re-added it to my phone. Nothing works.
Been trying to place an order for THREE days....
Truly the most glitchy app ever! Been trying to place an order for 3 days and have now missed out on sales and shipping deals because of it. Wanted to do something other than Amazon but looks like I'm going back to Amazon or Target.
App Never Loads
The app never actually opens. It’s just a branded cover image that sits there. This defeats the entire purpose of having the machine - you can’t remotely control anything because you can’t even open the app to connect to WiFi. Do better, Keurig.

A waste of technology
I actually bought this WiFi connected Keurig coffee machine thinking that I would have complete control over it from my phone, now I regret buying it. There is so little you can do to control it from the app - the app is mainly a scam to get you to buy coffee through them - you don’t need a fancy coffee machine or this app to do that. My friend bought the same exact coffee machine except his doesn’t have the WiFi connection - his machine literally makes coffee twice as fast. Mine seems to send information back and forth to Keurig instead of just making coffee. Keep it simple, don’t buy any WiFi machines and definitely don’t get this app - you’ll just waste your time.

Since the last update the brew button completely stopped working. This negates the whole reason I bought the machine, to be able to remotely brew.
