Would be great if it worked
This app is more frustratingly useless and inconsistent than any other that I’ve been forced to use. It often fails to connect with the device it’s meant to authenticate and freezes randomly, forcing me to delete and reinstall, as I’m doing now. Further, I once had an online meeting with the help team, who neglected to mute their mic before calling me an idiot and laughing at me. Have heard similar feedback from other users. I’d give this a-⭐️rating if I could.

Keeps bugging for iPhones
For me and many many fellow exchange students, this app simply either crashes or doesn’t recognize the face all the time. It’s really frustrating when trying to log in for course information or join lectures. Still no bug fixes in sight…
Molto impreciso
Il sistema non riesce a riconoscermi quasi mai la prima volta che provo ad accedere, spesso richiede 3-4 tentativi o più se va bene, altrimenti si blocca per 15 minuti a causa dei troppi tentativi falliti, facendo perdere potenzialmente la possibilità di seguire una lezione o anche di sostenere un esame, in quanto (almeno nel mio caso) questo è l’unico modo per accedere alla mia home dell’Università. Vorrei sottolineare che il problema non è della fotocamera interna, in quanto quando questa è usata per sbloccare il telefono o mettere delle password mi riconosce in una frazione di secondo senza alcun problema.

Ho contato il supporto questo pomeriggio per risolvere un problema di autenticazione e mi hanno aiutato risolvendo il problema in meno di 5 minuti permettendomi di accedere alle piattaforme della mia università.
