Terrible interface
I just want to see the menu and see the daily deal and then decide. You seem to force me to give my location, tell whether it’ll be pick up or delivery. It’s like you don’t care that I am a potential customer wanting to pick something - you just want me to order. Come on guys, not very good. I guess great for repeat customers.

You cant even sign in and you need to sign in to order lol
It just keeps refreshing to sign in even on App and Web. You cant even order without signing in so yeah no kfc tonight.

Absolutely sucks, need to use the website just to order stuff cause the app doesn’t function properly. It’s 2026, Do better.
Issues with phone number while creating a user account
Unable to create a user profile. When entering phone number component of the form, the app or web browsers has issues. Submitting it just refreshes the page saying the phone number is incorrect.. I tried my phone, tablet and my PC…Same consistent result.

Absolutely useless app in which you cannot actually complete an online order. Same goes for ordering from their website. Just an endless cycle of them asking you to sign in.

Terrible! Garbage app and system!!
After entering email address/phone number, it still keeps asking for email/phone number!! Basically I’m stuck at this ridiculous loop, tried browser version, and then another device, same thing! Ok KFC you want to lose your sales then there you go! You lost your sales today!

No salad on the app!
KFC is a classic summer treat. But I was so disappointed that I couldn’t add a side salad to my order on the app. The KFC coleslaw and macaroni salad is a favorite.
App not user friendly
Where’s the popcorn chicken and salad sides I took forever trying to find them in the app… would’ve been faster to drive there and order.

Especially payment session just extra page loaded reduced my intention to order here I will go other to place their mobile orders
Barely works
This has to be one of the worst apps I’ve used. It feels like a badly built website masquerading as a proper native app. Things always “go wrong”. Sometimes I can’t check out. I don’t think I’ve ever checked out without it failing the first time. I also had to update my shipping address to use Apple Pay…for pickup. KFC, hire someone that knows Swift and built a proper iOS app. It would take one person with some help from AI less than a month to build this from scratch…

if you live in bc don’t order through this app because they wont make your food or refund you for the food that never arrived.

Tellement déçu que les restaurants n’ont plus de salades de choux, patates et macaronis et ont seulement les maïs… vraiment pas rapport au Québec!!!
Needs more manpower
Costumer service is sooo slow. Needs more manpower. My kids and other people gets hungry while waiting for sooo long.
Lots of Errors
It had lots of errors when I paid. At finally I had double orders. They should improve it. It is the worst app I ever used it.
