Most excruciating fast food app to use. It can’t even process orders sometimes. If you can’t even make an app that processes orders then don’t release it

Ordering online
I personally don’t like the seasoning that they put on their fries and your unable to request without on the app, just like I can’t order coleslaw. The only thing that appears is corn. This needs to be addressed.
For the love of God, either make a decent app or just use Uber/skip etc.

So I place the order using a different method.
Then I get queried at the store about 2 orders.
App requires my shipping address for a pick up order.
No receipt or transaction record issued on either transaction (checked junk folder).
Will wait with baited breath to see if they process one transaction or 2. This app is for the trashbin.

Easy to use and pay.
A simple yet poorly functional app
This app seems to have never been fully developed. All features are linked to a website, which causes the app to respond slowly and often prevents users from ordering food or making payments. Moreover, the app offers only very basic functions, and even those cannot be completed within the app itself.

Too Many Glitches
I ordered KFC online many times with this app. When it works, great. When it doesn’t, very frustrating. Too many times there are glitches where you can’t add an item to your cart. Especially when it’s a coupon item. Time to move on and use Popeyes.
