The app needs a place where we can customize if we want drums or flats like Popeyes.

I can’t place orders through the app any longer. My points will probably expire before they fix it. Taco Bell has better tech in their app. If anything that Taco Bell has functions better what you have then you’re in trouble.
Charges you for items no longer available
For an app that always ask you to update before you proceed, it’s convenient that the times it doesn’t it leads to bugs that charges you for a product that no longer exists. example they had a very delicious blue monin syrup strawberry Boba Starry drink that tasted so good but not only do they remove that product without notifying you, because if you attempt to re-order your prior order, the extra charge for that drink comes with it. When you arrive to the restaurant, they tell you they no longer sell that and obviously you can’t get a refund in that scenario. So what is the point of all these updates that this app is always asking for you to get, if they can’t fix such a simple error? The app developers are frauds.

No refunds via the app!!
After placing an order tou have to spend an hr on the phone to request a refund. This is after never receiving an order from a restaurant that tells you they will not be cooking. AVOID THIS APP AND THIS COMPANY!!!
Bugs
When I first started using this app I could upsize to a large side item in a combo. Now I can’t. Lately I try to redeem the $1 off and it goes back and forth to redeem and hold on and that’s it. Same with the free fries. Will not apply it to the order. I’m sure there are more bugs I can’t think of right now. It would be nice if the bugs were fixed. This has been going on for a while.

Sync issues
Only fast food app that you have to wait 5 minutes before the restaurant can even see the order
Inaccurate order
As soon as I ordered my food on the app, it changed my order to a more default order instead of my customized one. It took out 2 biscuits, added a cole slaw, subtracted a Mac and cheese and subtracted a mashed potatoes and gravy. On top of that, all of the sides were downsized from large to regular. It was user friendly to use the app and order, sure, but was pointless as it was inaccurate and insufficient in feeding 4 people.

I’ve never left an app review before but here we are
So I dowloaded the app bc I love kfc and I didn’t want to support DoorDash when kfc has there own app!! So I was ready to have my little points and all since I order a lot from here but when I order KFC decided it was a great idea to take $30 from me and still told me to place another order but imagine that was my last $30 and I was hoping to treat my family with it like now I’m moneyless and food less and I hate that I made phone call I tried to be nice and no one helped and they were being rude!! Excellent fried chicken and mash potatoes and yummy gravy !!!
I can’t wait to get off work and drive by my local KFC drive thru and get some delicious fried chicken , mash potatoes and gravy with a side of Mac& cheese to take home. Not to forget their delicious homemade biscuits !!!!! Come and get some !!! Yummy , scrumptious and plain ole homemade biscuits and gravy with their splendid mash potatoes. You won’t regret it! I know I don’t ever regret it!!!

Defend app. I just wish they gave you the options in app for “wings only” for a meal if you wish. It’s really annoying when I wanna no contact order but can’t because I have to call the store and notify them I only want wings but since it’s not on the order they get it wrong most of the time ):
Horrible KFC app
Could not process my app orders. Changed locations, but the issue persists. This has been going on for a while now. The deals do not work as well. I asked our local KFC restaurant and they said everyone has been having difficulties ordering thru the app. Colonel Sanders must be rolling on his grave because of this useless app.

Waste of time
Placed order on app drive 30 min to pick up told to wait another 30 min then when ask for food oh the app canceled the order and the deal is no longer available but you can order while here for more money while the money I already spent is stuck pending in my account poor buisness practice just a reminder of why I haven’t ate here in years poor service in store even worse on app

Best fried chicken
I remember eating this chicken when I was a kid. It always seemed to get better and better but those mashed potatoes and gravy is out of this world.
Bait and switch
Don’t waste your time.
No cancellation option
If you order at the wrong location it is impossible to remedy. I battled customer service for over 40 minutes while still not getting to the point of successfully canceling my order and getting a refund. McDonald’s has a simple in app button to cancel an incorrect order…why is it so hard?? I called the store immediately and they also couldn’t help either. Waste of time and energy but who can afford paying for KFC once, yet alone two times!?

Order Feedback Very Poor
The app says my order is ready and the store says it’s not. This needs to be in sync. App doesn’t say anything close to the actual meal preparation time. Not 5-15 minutes, try 30-40 minutes!
Good Food Bad Menu
Tried to order two one piece chicken dinner and was told it was not on the menu. The employee pointed to the 2, 3, & 4 piece menu. A new plot to try and fatten up America or make more money instead of serving customers what made KFC a once good choice for lunch fo many years.
