Worst app ever
This app will not work for ordering anything online and you will lose your points for no reason at all
“Do you want ads with that?”
Insane number of ads for cell phone service, streaming, and credit cards.
App is not working on purpose
They make this app not function properly on purpose I have not even been able to order on here, there’s always some sort of bs error

I am going to separate the business operations from the app and discuss the later only. As after all the business locations are not operating actively with the app in a manner that influences the behavior of the app beyond basic notifications.
That said, the key reasons I have the app are the same as I would have for any other rewards app, that being :
1. The rewards themselves
2. The opportunity to work in my order for as long as I please such that I get my full money’s worth in terms of quantity:cost.
The rewards and offers are really great, unlike no other app out there. They are very generous and are structured in a way that after you purchase one item with a certain reward, it generally will reappear the next day for use again. They last for about 7-6 days per reward, so if you are a frequent customer such as myself, you can get a decent amount of food for free.
Such as is with the potato wedges. I’ve been able to get upwards of 7 free LARGE potato wedges across the past 4 or 3 weeks. Which would have otherwise been a total of about $35.
The only negative thing about the app is the payment process. I have had to - for the past 2 and a half months, pay with gift cards that I purchase online via services such as perfectgift, only to be used for one time purchases on the app.
It is a massive hassle and makes it confusing as I am only doing it due to the fact that I had a phone under that was linked to that perfectgift gift card provider that I no longer use. It’s really annoying.
Other than that though the rewards make it worth it still, so it is coming to a 3 star review, as it is not even a thing that happens with just my own personal card too. A family member once let me use her card when I was visiting her so that she could place an order for me while driving to the nearest kfc, and using all the right information, it said the same thing it does for mine - that there was a problem processing my card.
I would appreciate a fix being applied to the issue if possible. Other than that though. Keep it up. It works great and is a good deal having it if you discount the card issues that I face when using it.

Remove Used Offers
If an offer has already been redeemed then remove it from the list of available offers. That’s not rocket science.
Weakest of the Fast Food Apps
Genuinely the most frustrating, poorly designed fast food app out there. Consistently disconnects. Had two orders back to back look different for me compared to what the KFC employees could see because of how they categorize certain food items, so they got the order completely wrong and I had to reorder and waste my lunch time. AI assistant constantly disconnected and the customer service portal crashes. Never had this happen in the McDonald’s/Taco Bell/Dutch Bros/Carl’s Jr apps. Absolutely abysmal app. Even after updates and reinstalling. Permissions all open. Yall are using AI to code your apps and it shows.

If you make a mistake and order at the wrong location they will not give you a refund.
Pokémon go promo
I downloaded and registered just to get the free Pokemon go code but then I realized it only works for Singapore people. So yeah. Not really the apps fault but I’m mad so 1 star.
advance orders don’t work
Useless if ordering in advance (ie, not “asap”) - app stalls and does not send the order to the store.
OVERPRICED
The deals SUCK and it’s the most overpriced trash ever! No joke $22 for an 8 piece
App does not have accurate menu
Downloaded the app to get the Nashville Hot tender combo, for some reason it isn’t listed on the app to order at all, even though the KFC location is still selling it. Worst of all, there is no way to scan a receipt to get the points on all the money you spent if you get items that aren’t on the app, so it’s a lose lose. Not worth unless you never deviate from their basic offerings.

I didn’t get my food through this app
I placed my order via this app and went to the store to pick up my food. They said they had nothing in their system and keep telling me I placed the order in a different store. I did choose the correct location and went to the correct store. And they refused to give my food and keep telling me they had nothing in their system. Then they want me to leave and refuse to offer any help. So bad.

Cook quit. No food.
So I went for kfc for the first time in years and I really really really wanted that chicken but as soon as I got in there I found out people were waiting for 45+ minutes and no food. The employees had the audacity to not inform us that the cook on the job. At one point this guy asked “are they harvesting the chickens?” And this one guy with dyed red hair was looking at me funny. Not the apps fault but I am so mad

App recommending item I can’t buy
Whenever I open the app it recommends a popcorn chicken combo, but selecting it causes an error, and it looks like popcorn chicken already gone? Bringing back popcorn chicken for only like two weeks is so disappointing, that was the only thing bringing me back to KFC.
