I didn’t get my food through this app
I placed my order via this app and went to the store to pick up my food. They said they had nothing in their system and keep telling me I placed the order in a different store. I did choose the correct location and went to the correct store. And they refused to give my food and keep telling me they had nothing in their system. Then they want me to leave and refuse to offer any help. So bad.

Cook quit. No food.
So I went for kfc for the first time in years and I really really really wanted that chicken but as soon as I got in there I found out people were waiting for 45+ minutes and no food. The employees had the audacity to not inform us that the cook on the job. At one point this guy asked “are they harvesting the chickens?” And this one guy with dyed red hair was looking at me funny. App recommending item I can’t buy
Whenever I open the app it recommends a popcorn chicken combo, but selecting it causes an error, and it looks like popcorn chicken already gone? Bringing back popcorn chicken for only like two weeks is so disappointing, that was the only thing bringing me back to KFC.

Worst food app
Not sure why, but this app never works. I’m always stuck at the KFC logo and it never opens up.
Deals not working
Deals sent via notifications are not avail in app. No support on app notifications
Fix the offers
The amount of offers I get in the app for items that aren’t even sold within a 100 mile radius of me is absolutely insane. Even more annoying is when I get a massive splash screen that must be manually closed for an item that I cannot get.
Surely y’all can afford a product manager, backend engineers, just someone to filter unavailable items based on inventory?

Terrible App - Zero Stars
I would give it ZERO stars if I could.
Unlike every other fast food app, the location isn’t updated based on your device location automatically and it doesn’t prompt you to confirm your order is going where you want it to.
In addition there’s no option to cancel or redirect or get a refund if you mistakenly send it to the wrong store
Restaurant refuses to cancel or refund money.
So you’re just out of luck.
Very poor design and customer service.
Lost money twice in the past month.
Never again. Deleted app and not returning to restaurant that screwed me over.

Options for large sides
When I first started using the app I could select to upsize the regular size of potatoes in a combo. Now I have to buy it separately which is more costly and inconvenient. Don’t would be nice if that could be fixed.
Ads and offers
I was surprised to see a credit card offer and other ads after I placed my order. Why? Deleted right after
Rewards don’t work
Like another reviewer said, the rewards don’t work. You click the ‘reward’ button and nothing happens. Missed out on a free chicken sandwich because I couldn’t get it to work. Seems like a scam- “Here’s a reward, come buy stuff! Oops nevermind, no reward but you can still place your full price order”. KFC should get this fixed- this is how class action lawsuits happen.

No good app
App is no good just freezing everything and doesn’t allow you to actually order I’ve deleted it and reinstalled and it’s still freezing so I’d just us the Uber Eats app 🙅🏾♂️
Bring back Popcorn Chicken
Till they bring back the popcorn chicken permanently, this app is less than useless.

I can’t place orders through the app any longer. My points will probably expire before they fix it. Taco Bell has better tech in their app. If anything that Taco Bell has functions better what you have then you’re in trouble.
Charges you for items no longer available
For an app that always ask you to update before you proceed, it’s convenient that the times it doesn’t it leads to bugs that charges you for a product that no longer exists. example they had a very delicious blue monin syrup strawberry Boba Starry drink that tasted so good but not only do they remove that product without notifying you, because if you attempt to re-order your prior order, the extra charge for that drink comes with it. When you arrive to the restaurant, they tell you they no longer sell that and obviously you can’t get a refund in that scenario. So what is the point of all these updates that this app is always asking for you to get, if they can’t fix such a simple error? The app developers are frauds.

No refunds via the app!!
After placing an order tou have to spend an hr on the phone to request a refund. This is after never receiving an order from a restaurant that tells you they will not be cooking. AVOID THIS APP AND THIS COMPANY!!!
