Awful system. I rode only for a few minutes and parked and the app didn’t allow to end ride. I only rode for maybe 5 minutes

Do not connect you card to the app
If you’re using this app I recommend you add the money on to the wallet on the app on not connected you Credit/Debit card. it charges you extra fees for some reason even when you end the ride. Also if you ask them for a refund they will tell you that they will make a Ticket on what ever trouble you’re having and will refund in 2 business days but they never refund.

GPS is not precise
We were riding on the side of the bay, and outside of the restricted area. The GPS kept saying we were in the restricted area and couldn’t advance over 5 MPH. This increased our ride time substantially.

The app marked me in a restricted zone but I was not.

I paid for it and the bike didn’t work. I tried starting it, it started the timer without me being able to ride it. Was my first time trying to use it, and was not easy to use at all!
