What’s the Point If There’s Nowhere to Park?

What’s the point of using a scooter to get to a destination if there are no designated parking areas nearby? I ended up having to bring the scooter almost back to the exact same area where I rented it just to be able to end the ride. On top of that, I was charged $32 because the app would not let me properly end the trip. This completely defeats the purpose of using the scooter for transportation.

Would not let me end my ride in a proper parking zone and the app became unresponsive. I deleted and redownloaded hoping it would help, but then would not let me log in. Unacceptable. Moving to a different service.
