I tried to sign up and received a box telling me to select an address from the drop down but there was no drop down and I couldn’t even sign up.

Poor leadership, spotty app

It is really hard to understand the pricing structure and to get access to itemized bill that breaks down travel expense.the app was spotty and I could never track my children while they were riding with the driving nanny. I think there is a lot of functionality comparable to other apps on the market - Lyft, Uber, bambino that could be incorporated. While they attempted to provide responsive customer. Service- I’m still waiting on something requested 2 weeks ago!
