Very bad what they did ... I talked to her to cancel the trips because I don't have a job or money and she told me that I had to pay $250 dollars to cancel them where it says that there to pay that to cancel??? They charged me $35 dollars to give me the application and $95 dollars a week. My son leaves at 3:45 pm and arrived home at 5:20 and I only live 3.2 miles from school. And apart from that they charged me one more week of my card without having money on it causing me to be charged for lack of money... and when I wanted to open the application it turns out that it is already open on another device... the lady was the one who made me the email and password so she stole it herself and charged as if it were me!!! That is not done!!! And he still threatens to send me to collection ... that is done when you owe some work they did to you or service done ... not only because yes. The truth is I DON'T RECOMMEND it!!

Muy mal lo que hicieron … hablé con ella para cancelar los viajes por qué no tengo trabajo ni dinero y me dijo que tenía que pagar $250 dólares para cancelarlos en donde dice que ahí que pagar eso para cancelar??? Me cobraron $35 dólares para darme la aplicación y $95 dólares semanales. Mi hijo sale 3:45 pm y llegaba a casa a las 5:20 y solo vivo a 3.2 millas de la escuela. Y aparte me cobraron una semana más de mi tarjeta sin tener dinero en ella haciendo que me cobren cargos por falta de dinero… y cuando quise abrir la aplicación resulta que ya está abierta en otro dispositivo… la Sra fue la que me hizo el correo y la contraseña así que ella misma me lo robó y se cobró como si fuera yo!!!
Eso no se hace!!!
Y todavía me amenazo de mandarme a colección … eso se hace cuando debes de algún trabajo que te hicieron o servicio realizado … no solo por que si.

Great service! Taxi mom was a life savor when I got super busy with my work and Couldn’t pickup my daughter on time everyday. I reached out to them and they brought my daughter home safely everyday. Very reliable. I loved the service.
