App Log In Issues

Downloaded app per school instruction. Can not get logged in. It sends a text to your phone but you only get 10 seconds to receive it or it wants to send another text. None of the texts ever came through. I tried my email. It would not accept that. I tried calling the number provided in the app. It answered said contact support and hung up. I called again to see if it would give me a support number or email to contact and just got a message that something went wrong.
