App Log In Issues
Downloaded app per school instruction. Can not get logged in. It sends a text to your phone but you only get 10 seconds to receive it or it wants to send another text. None of the texts ever came through. I tried my email. It would not accept that. I tried calling the number provided in the app. It answered said contact support and hung up. I called again to see if it would give me a support number or email to contact and just got a message that something went wrong.

First I give 1star for changing bus stop because they sent my child so far(15min walking 🚶♀️) 2nd 2 stars for timing (wrong time if you’re not before time ETA you missed it

The app is just not trust worthy at times because it tells you the wrong time and you miss the bus if you don’t get on right away at your stop

Helps me and my daughter and my son get ready for the bus and I love that. It tells you had a time and it is very good app.

this app isnt worth it for parents its always glitchy, & never shows any cover buses being assigned. now its showing theres no bus nor any bus scheduled for my daughter ... i cant see the bus like this is lame tbh idk why schools have us parents use this app when it doesnt work well. yall want good reviews do better forreal

Odd tracking
Doesn’t track the bus if the driver doesn’t mark your child as picked up, even when they’re on the bus. There’s a bunch of little oddities that make this app terrible for the purposes of using to get your child to the bus stop on time. In my area, that’s important because we get a lot of rain.

This is my 2nd year using Zum. It’s good to use for an idea of where the school bus actually is.
At times it is accurate. My general experience is that there is a 10 to 30 minute difference between when the bus is “scheduled” and actually arrives.

No in-app notifications
I have iOS notifications off for this app. There is no indication within the app that a new notification is present. I have to go into the notification menu every time. This app needs a feature to indicate new notifications within the app.
I like!
This is a very good app to have and see your child bus so they are ready when the bus arrives.
