We would like to apologize for your unpleasant experience with the app. Our auto-renewal terms are displayed on the offer screen prior to purchase. Please note that deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. To cancel your Apple subscription, open the Settings app, tap your name, select Subscriptions, choose the subscription, and then tap Cancel Subscription. If you purchased your subscription on our website, please contact us at support@getkidden.com, and our team will be happy to assist you with the cancellation and a reimbursement.
