Very disappointing experience.

I ordered a Toyzone Teddy Foot to Floor Ride-On in white, but received the wrong colour (brown). The quality of the product was also nowhere close to what was shown or described on the website.
I raised a return request within 10 minutes of delivery and also contacted customer support. Unfortunately, my calls went unanswered after the initial conversation, my emails were ignored, and I had to keep following up for hours without a proper resolution.
What made the experience even worse was seeing claims like “Try at Home – Instant Refund” on the website. That has not been my experience at all. Instead of processing my refund, I was only offered a replacement, even after I clearly stated that I wanted a refund because I had lost confidence in both the product quality and customer service.
Customer support needs significant improvement in communication and responsiveness. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this brand.

When searching for something, images show fine for the first page, but when it loads more things, the images aren't loading

Been using Kiddo for a few months now and it’s honestly made baby shopping much easier. I usually find everything I need in one place, whether it’s diapers, snacks, clothes, toys, or feeding products. Delivery has been fast, and the discounts are often better than what I find elsewhere.
The app is simple to use and keeps adding useful products. Definitely worth trying if you have kids at home.
