Free trial

I read the free trail and the payment being taken out of my account in three days after the free trail is over. However, it took $31.00 from my account on the first day of the “free trail”. My daughter will be putting this to good use until this is over. Although, I’m disappointed that it took money out of our account that we needed for our important bill this weekend. I would need a return immediately, unfortunately. It says the payment is still pending so hopefully it returns the full $31.00.

Amazing learning app for kids

My daughters Quinn and Claire have been learning so much just at the ages of 3 and 5 they keep telling me that they love this app and Claire has not been now writing back words in kindergarten and we want Quinn to be ready for schooling. So your child should get the app it helps the read,right,color,math, And much more so you should get this app

THEY REACHED OUT TO ME AFTER THIS REVIEW WITH AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE ONCE AGAIN THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE I AM CLEARLY TELLING THEM I DONT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS AND THEY ARE WILLINGLY TAKING MY MONEY AND STILL CHARGING ME FOR A COMPLETE YEAR THAT THEY KNOW I CANNOT USE AND I AM UNHAPPY WITH THIS APP CAHRGE AND THEY JUST BLAME APPLE FOR NOT GIVING ME MY REFUND.

WARNING ** APPLE WILL NOT REFUND YOU BECAUSE THEY LEAVE THE DECISION TO THE APP DEVELOPER AND APPLE CANNOT REFUND YOU AT ALL.

It’s not working

I click the app and it plays the startup intro and then the screen goes white with the background music playing, and I’ve tried on multiple devices, it’s been over a month

App not working

The app doesn’t work but still getting charged. My 5 year old was very upset, it’s been his favorite app since he was 2.

App No Longer Works

Stays stuck on white screen does not open. It has been this way for about 3 months but they still charge a monthly subscription. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, with no help to fix the actual issue.

App Does Not Work

We were loving this application during the free trial, it was helping our 2 year old learn and develop communication and problem solving skills. We loved it so much we decided to invest in his development further and purchased the 1 Year subscription for $59.99 and unfortunately have been unable to use the application since. The application acts like it’s going to load and then gives you a white screen. We have tried to uninstall and reinstall multiple times with no success. Reached out to support and they haven’t been able to correct the issue either. Almost a month of not being able to use an expensive application we paid for and feeling very unhappy.

App no longer working

We have enjoyed this game until recently. The app will not load past the entry screen. It is just a white blank screen. I have done multiple troubleshooting attempt to resolve the issue with no success. Unfortunately at this point I will have to to cancel the subscription because it has been weeks of not being able to utilize our purchase. Extremely disappointing
