Issues with set up, no support
I can’t verify my payout details, which i need to do before listing something, due to some error that I don’t understand. Raised a ticket about two months ago, followed up on it and no response. The app itself is not that good, searching for items and looking for items to rent is a nightmare. Filters don’t help. Great idea but needs better support and execution
Update: After this review, the owner of the platform reached out and we were able to resolve the issue. They have made several updates since then that have improved the usability of the app and even identified an issue in the ticketing system that led to my emails going unnoticed. Happy with how it was handled, though it was annoying at first and it took deleting my account and restarting to be able to get going-I didn’t have any issues the second time around ☺️ They also have been helpful via social media, glad to see the owner being so hands on!!

Fantastic platform & seamless experience
So easy to use and even easier to add your items for sale! It also included alot of privacy checks & measures in place which i haven’t seen on the market. Dont hesitate to give Kifaayat a try!
Seamless experience
The app is fairly easy and intuitive to use with an exhaustive list of filters, just like their website. Ive bought a couple of lehengas off the website and the experience has been seamless, from selecting sizes to tracking delivery.
