GETTING STARTED
KindPace is an iPhone app that reads Apple Health data with your permission. You can use an Apple Watch or another wearable that syncs workout, heart-rate or sleep data to Apple Health. Once synced, those records can be used by KindPace for the corresponding analysis. Training-load estimates require workout heart-rate data; individual features depend on the types and completeness of the data synced. Existing history can help establish your trends, while limited data may require more time.
PRIVACY
Core health analysis runs on your device using your Apple Health records. If you choose to send feedback, your message and basic diagnostic information are included in an email you can review before sending.
KindPace provides estimates and general fitness guidance. It is not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for professional advice. Use it alongside how you feel and your own training context.
