kinetic Secure is very easy app to use. It covers your viruses. It covers your identity monitoring it covers your password vault gives you parental controls for your child’s devices. It’s very easy and intuitive and sleek mobile app that protects my kids and my wife and my family from the Internet.
Is there service or not??
I have a similar problem. When I go to see what devices are connected it always says none or unable to connect at this time. It seems very shady to me. They helped me lower my monthly bill which was great and I was so grateful, but now for the last few months it goes up $10-$20 every month. A few more months and it’s gonna be right back where it was. What’s the deal with this company and why doesn’t anything work on the app?? That’s exactly why I don’t get the home security package. Just be careful and stay on top of your account.

Showing am not connected to Service
Why I have Internet secure and have Internet but according to my information, I have it all the lights are on but here’s the thing it’s showing that I have no devices connected but yet I’m connected to the Internet and then I’m not connected to the Internet or I’m connected to secure, and I’m not connected to secure. Here’s my thing am I just paying a bill to give you the money and not actually have service because apparently that’s what is showing on my end.

I’ve had this app for around a year or so ! Before this my iPhone was getting hacked a couple times a month !!! Talk bout a Headache !! WOW !! I did the two step authentication and in couple weeks Hacked again ! Well when they called me about this insurance I gladly tried it !! LOVE IT !! Haven’t been Hacked in a year or so !!! Amen for Kinetic on the go and at home !!!

Love it! Able to protect multiple devices and protect my devices when I’m not at home, which is protected by the router and Kinetic Secure. MyWIN app and online portal makes it easy to manage all setting later in the router.
Not worth $15 extra a month on my bill.
Save you some time don’t ever call customer support they have no clue what there job is.
