App. crashing
Upon opening the app., it crashes after approx. 5 seconds. Updated app. and iOS on iPhone. Wireless monitor batteries good, and connected to home secure wifi network.
It seems to be working better, but…
The app works better than it used to, but I don't really like the new design of the app. It's un-intuitive. It used to open directly to the page for your salt monitor, now you have to tap the location icon, then tap your home, then tap your salt monitor. Once you get there, you see that they removed the visual representation of the salt in the drum. They just tell you how many bags are in there. I just want to see a quick visual representation of how much is in there, and how many 40-pound bags to buy to refill it. By the way, they took that detail away, too! It doesn't tell you how many bags to refill anymore.
While I appreciate that the app seems to be more consistent in working, the overall re-design is pretty bad.
I love our water softening system, but they really need to do better in the app design. They need to bring those things back that I mentioned before. There is no reason they should have removed those in the re-design of the app. When I open the app, I want to see the salt monitor right there, with a visual representation of how much is in the drum, with an estimate of how many bags I should buy to refill it. If they fix these things, I might update the review to 5 stars.

Terrible app
This is a terrible app. Requested Face ID, it never works. Password was created and saved, I always have to enter it manually. Waste of time. The previous app was just as bad
Change for change's sake?
No longer does the app give a nice clear percentage of how much salt is left, but you have to dig into multiple screens to get a useless chart with no units labeled on the axis so you don't actually know what you're looking back. Fine if the developer feels the need to add things to the app but please don't take away the things that were already working!

New version doesn’t work with older phone
I cant use the app anymore because my phone doesn't support the new version. What was a helpful app and allowed me to see how much salt my softener used is now worthless. Thanks a lot!
