Worst App
With all these horrible reviews, why haven't there been any updates for so long? Do the app developers just not care about their product? What is wrong with this company?
Terrible and close to useless
For the price of this mattress, you would expect the app to be more helpful. The sleep data is useless. I got up out of my bed four times last night and the app says I have a 91% sleep score. Really hate it. We are still under the first 30 days of owning this mattress and I am not sold on it at this point. Two more weeks will determine if we’re going to keep it. I am not impressed so far. I know the mattress is supposed to automatically adjust to your sleeping position, but I am not noticing anything. So far, not a fan. And this app totally sucks. Get it together King Koil.

The app won’t even open for me. It’s frozen I can’t get to any of my functions. I wish I did an update.
Incorrect data
I spent last night tossing and turning mainly because of a back injury. The app showed that I was in a deep sleep 98% of the time and that movements were at 4%. However yesterday when I was actually in a deeper sleep, my numbers were 96% and 4%. The app is supposed to identify when you sleep on your back versus your side versus your stomach. It doesn’t do that. Very disappointed so far

Bad App
It’s been 6 months since we got this mattress. Mattress has been good so far. But this app is a nuisance. After few weeks it stops working because of Bluetooth connectivity. Had to reinstall and install with repeat QR code registration. This time it’s not working at all despite turning off and on the mattress power.
