I played this game as a child and recently downloaded again. Tried using the universal forgot password button yet not only does the app glitch. So i spent exactly 11 days waiting for an account reset. Nope they wont give it.

Not a joke please see what they need to validate my account.

-Player Name and World and game UID number
- Current email address linked with the account
- Screenshots of the last 2 gem purchases (Google Play / iTunes receipts)
- If no purchases were made, name of all of your cities
- Join Date
- Last played date
- New email address
- New password (The length of the password must be greater than or equal to 7 letters and numbers)

Yup just to be clear you need EVERYTHING they asked for. A game i have not played for over 10 years at least.

I then asked them to wipe my account and because obviously i am not getting a new email address just to play a game on my phone. Obviously they can not do that either.

No wonder this game is dying truly some ridiculous standards, this is tougher than breaking into the lourve. Please do not forget people actually broke into the lourve the past few years.

Sett is no help

Long time player. 15 years. There is a glitch with grail game play. Sett is no help. He’s asking for me to fix the problem instead of doing his job and actually helping me. Gives zero compensation for my trouble. 20 mails have been sent No help. Thanks for being so terrible at your job. Sett

I found some good people to play with!

Fun game, now that I have an active alliance! Playing alone seemed nearly pointless. Still a highly inactive game but it’s no longer an issue!

Customer support are a joke, only interested in you spending

Was locked out of the game for 9 days, once problem was eventually rectified, a pathetic merlin token was provided as compensation. Most people would have even been embarrassed to offer such. Shame on Gaea, no wonder multiple people have quit playing this game, then don’t trust you!

“Dead” game

I’ve only found one alliance (group) with members who’ve signed in “recently”…. I wouldn’t call them active.
Progression is very stagnant, tedious, and obviously driven toward relying on gems. Gems is an issue of its own, even if a person were interested in gems.. the prices are unreasonably high. There doesn’t seem to be a point in playing this game and it exists to satisfy a small base of players who are willing to invest further.

Finally found it!

I’m so excited I finally found this game again! I remember playing this game YEARS ago and have spent the last few years looking for this game or games similar and I finally found it!

Fix the current issues

They keep adding new stuff, but they never seem to want to fix the knowing issues, which is so frustrating and this has taken the enjoyment out of the game.
