Long time player. 15 years. There is a glitch with grail game play. Sett is no help. He’s asking for me to fix the problem instead of doing his job and actually helping me. Gives zero compensation for my trouble. 20 mails have been sent No help. Thanks for being so terrible at your job. Sett

Fun game, now that I have an active alliance! Playing alone seemed nearly pointless. Still a highly inactive game but it’s no longer an issue!
Customer support are a joke, only interested in you spending
Was locked out of the game for 9 days, once problem was eventually rectified, a pathetic merlin token was provided as compensation. Most people would have even been embarrassed to offer such. Shame on Gaea, no wonder multiple people have quit playing this game, then don’t trust you!
“Dead” game
I’ve only found one alliance (group) with members who’ve signed in “recently”…. I wouldn’t call them active.
Progression is very stagnant, tedious, and obviously driven toward relying on gems. Gems is an issue of its own, even if a person were interested in gems.. the prices are unreasonably high. There doesn’t seem to be a point in playing this game and it exists to satisfy a small base of players who are willing to invest further.

Honestly it’s a great and addictive game everyone says you gotta spend money on it the truth is you don’t.
Finally found it!
I’m so excited I finally found this game again! I remember playing this game YEARS ago and have spent the last few years looking for this game or games similar and I finally found it!

Log in and get hit with issues not allowing you to play. Restart app every time you open it
Great game
Been playing KOC for probably 10 years now, fun game that requires proper wit.
Fix the current issues
They keep adding new stuff, but they never seem to want to fix the knowing issues, which is so frustrating and this has taken the enjoyment out of the game.

No balance
You either have to spend tons of money to build yourself up quickly or get used to being attacked by players 10X as strong or stronger.

Don’t listen to the good reviews, these people are easily pleased or must be paid to give 5* reviews.

The PvP that has just about ended was shocking! Couldn’t build my fifth city and trying to build my 3rd city was a chore. It’s a shame really because the game itself is fairly good but could be more involved like Grand Ganster War. I’m seriously considering deleting my 12+ years of effort and just playing GGW.

Bad update
The design tweaks are not very appealing; they tried to adapt 3D-like elements, and some strange shadows appear. They need to review the code. On the other hand, there's a bug in PVP where creating buildings or leveling them up results in an almost infinite construction time, and the game freezes when trying to use a speed-up. I'm left with only one village because it's impossible to restart for every building or level. I've been a player for over 8 years, and this is the worst update they've ever released.

update: Game was nice in its glory days now all you have left is gaea company and no customer service.... the dynamics of the game are focused on your purchases the events and comps have been the same for 6 years a very boring game no creativity a company which is trying to make up for the loss of the purchase from kabam. whats left of a great game is the die hard cheaters...big spenders... angry displaced players holding on to a dream the game will revive itself. All you read on the negative reviews are the truth! Customer service does not exist! Was a great game to play till kabam became greedy. In order to play this game you need to spend a lot of money to buy their gems. Really, it's not worth installing this app find another game

Joke of a game
Complete joke of a game. I paid $50 to play an adventure mini game and all the quests require me to do things that I can only do a few times a day making it so I have to spend even more money to make any progress. The game is full of glitches and bugs such as one that makes it completely impossible to defeat your enemies because they have insane amounts of health. The community is super toxic. And don’t even bother trying to submit a request form with deca, they will just ignore you. The game bombards you with ‘offers’ that cost hundreds of dollars that provide very little game advantage. I have been playing this game for several years and it is falling apart. I would not recommend this game to anyone

Can’t log on
I loved this game and had to stop playing due to life getting busy. I want to get back but I get a error when trying to log on. I hope someone will reach out soon. I’m not sure how to reach out so I’ll try this.
The almost had me playing again.
This game uses to be great, and I started playing it again despite the bad reviews. It was fun till after having us collect certain items to get rewards. I had just paid 50$ and got a bunch of the “badges” to use. And then without warning they changed the reward system and my dadges are useless. I won’t play this game again. What a scam !!!!!

I loved the Adventure event where you complete tasks an earn action points for prizes but you need a Golden pass to participate. The Golden pass was initially free if you logged in daily but now it costs $49.99. So if you don’t have fifty dollars to spare you’re out of luck.
Basically if you want have fun playing a game without spending lots of money to advance DONT PLAY THIS GAME!!!
