Long time player. 15 years. There is a glitch with grail game play. Sett is no help. He’s asking for me to fix the problem instead of doing his job and actually helping me. Gives zero compensation for my trouble. 20 mails have been sent No help. Thanks for being so terrible at your job. Sett

Fun game, now that I have an active alliance! Playing alone seemed nearly pointless. Still a highly inactive game but it’s no longer an issue!
Customer support are a joke, only interested in you spending
Was locked out of the game for 9 days, once problem was eventually rectified, a pathetic merlin token was provided as compensation. Most people would have even been embarrassed to offer such. Shame on Gaea, no wonder multiple people have quit playing this game, then don’t trust you!

I’ve only found one alliance (group) with members who’ve signed in “recently”…. I wouldn’t call them active.
Progression is very stagnant, tedious, and obviously driven toward relying on gems. Gems is an issue of its own, even if a person were interested in gems.. the prices are unreasonably high. There doesn’t seem to be a point in playing this game and it exists to satisfy a small base of players who are willing to invest further.
