Constant frustration
Can’t get KNB verified by Venmo to deposit into my KNB account even with assistance from multiple bank personnel + other issues
Trouble with the updates
I have never had trouble with the updates until the new one it says that I can use the older version of it but it’s not letting me update
Kind of clunky
Compared to apps from other financial institutions, this one is clunky. But it works.
App
The KNB app won't load or data or wifi. I've let it attempt to load for nearly 15 minutes each way and never gives a signal it's loading

When I changed from a large known bank to a small town bank, I was concerned about on line banking applications. Those worries quickly diminished, especially working with Aaron. Anytime I have trouble, forgetting login name, password or any other issue that I may have encountered, (most often my forgetfulness) it is comforting to actually talk to the same person who knows exactly how to help me. When they say it is a hometown friendly bank, they mean it. I love the KNB app on my phone and use it whenever I travel. Thank you Kingston Bank and Aaron for not making me feel like a number.
