Slow and unstable
The app kick my login session which is fine but the forgot password function never send temporary password to me. Hang forever on all attempts.

Request for NRIC during registration
Hi KipleCity, tried to contact you, however, no response at all. Can I ask what is the purpose of requesting NRIC when we were ask to use it to pay the LPR parking in Pusat Perdagangan Bukit Jalil, and after the registration, your team had told me that the apps is not applicable in that area when there’s a banner that stated I can use apps to pay and go through.

Nothing seems to work except deposits

- Withdrawal is expected to take 30 days

Useless app
After registering with all details and topped up, only to find it is not available for use in bukit jalil. Still have to use cash and only accepts rm1, 5 and 10. Can’t even pay using e wallet. What kind of out dated method! And most stores are cashless I can’t even get small change. Hopeless
