Slow and unstable
The app kick my login session which is fine but the forgot password function never send temporary password to me. Hang forever on all attempts.

Request for NRIC during registration
Hi KipleCity, tried to contact you, however, no response at all. Can I ask what is the purpose of requesting NRIC when we were ask to use it to pay the LPR parking in Pusat Perdagangan Bukit Jalil, and after the registration, your team had told me that the apps is not applicable in that area when there’s a banner that stated I can use apps to pay and go through.

Nothing seems to work except deposits

Useless app
After registering with all details and topped up, only to find it is not available for use in bukit jalil. Still have to use cash and only accepts rm1, 5 and 10. Can’t even pay using e wallet. What kind of out dated method! And most stores are cashless I can’t even get small change. Hopeless
Easy to use and super convenient!
I use KipleCity for parking all the time. It’s easy to top up, pay, and no need to find cash or go to the machine. Really saves time. So far everything works well. Good job!
The worst app ever
This is the worst and most useless app ever. You guys always have problems and keep taking our money. If the developer is reading this you should be ashamed of yourself for creating this stupid app. Doesn’t work most of the time. Waste people’s money topping up then the app doesn’t work. Please just remove this app from appstore

Unreliable app
The app is unreliable, it often says i have not enough credit though it still has RM 70 in it. The app logs off every now and then, no face-id option making it cumbersome to type password while people are waiting behind you. Lastly the development seems to be stagnant even declining, doesn’t seem to work any more in pavilion bukit jalil

Defective app
Keeps saying that my car has not paid from 2 months ago or weeks ago. Entry and exits are not updating properly. Seriously fix your app. Or get out of the business.
Notification
I don’t know why it doesn’t ring recently even though I have the notification turned on. Also please fix the issue of it not working when going into some parkings
Asking too much PII for no reason
Kiple app - im using this app because my condo has chosen this platform to manage visitor registration and some of the day to day condo management activity.
Out of the blue the app is now asking me for too much information- it blocks me from using it unless I provide my birthday, NRIC, full address - all these combinations could be use for banking verification - what is it that Kiple needs so much information of me? For what reason? There is no terms and conditions and no privacy statement to explain how my information will be handled. This is bullying behavior and ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Stay Away
This app is incredibly disappointing. It consistently underperforms, with frequent crashes and slow response times. What makes it worse is the support team, which is completely unhelpful. Don’t bother emailing or calling them—they either don’t respond or provide useless advice. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this app.

Working inconsistently
1. Sometime after plate number is scanned, the app does not sync and barrier does not raise up. (Even I have make sure the account is login & with correct plate number before I enter the mall)

Can’t solve my situation as insufficient cash at the moment
Very stupid app. If I have cash to pay for auto pay machine why do I need to download this app and reload money for NEXT PARKING? I saw this banner beside the auto pay machine then I think can straight use it, but end up can’t help anything but I’ve reloaded money into it. Speechless

Rubbish app download for what?! In the end still need to go to autopay to make payment. Somemore the guard super unfriendly. Who still carries cash nowadays? Please la if you want people to use your app to pay, at least have some WiFi at the parking at pavilion bukit jalil please. Such a bad management and useless app development
